Cirrus grinned, erh smile loose and happy, Shrugging, she spoke calmly.
" That's fine. " She accepted the shake of her hand, " I'm Cirrus, like the cloud, and that's alright, I'm here myself out of pure hunger swell." Smiling widely, she felt a tap on her shoulder, the line was moving. Shuffling with the crowd, Cirrus shot a bit of a glare at the person who had tapped her a clearly annoyed popular. She turned to Piper with a once-more happy smile. "Nice to meet you Piper."

Nix-Female-Phoenix

She looks out of her building before she jumps into the sky, making sure no one was around to try and attack her. After checking and making sure it was safe, she bends her legs and shoots into the sky, her wings beating hard against the still air. She gets high into the sky and suddenly spins in mid air, igniting her body and a deep orange fire bursts out around her as her body is engulfed by the flames. They were harmless to her, but could kill anyone else if they become engulfed like she is. Her wings carry her close to the school, but not into it since the magic in the bricks keep her out, but when she lets out a loud screech, the magic doesn't block the sound like it does her body. She flies close to the ground around the school, more or less showing off and welcoming the new students to the school she calls home.

"Nice to meet you, Cirrus!"
Piper said cheerily.
I guess I should go to the back of the line, people are starting to stare..."
She said, looking around and seeing at least ten people she had to stand behind to get to her food and talk to her new friend. Piper began to walk to the back, tripping on her untied converse in the process, receiving many laughs, but she stood back up and kept walking, wishing she could stay with Cirrus.

I smiled at her, then put my stuff on the couch and looked at Coco and Ice, not sure where to put them. "Yeah, of course. I'm kind of hungry." I say, smiling at Rumor, then I look back to my dogs. "Where would you like me to put them? And theeir names are Coco and Ice, by the way." I say, seeing how anxiouse she is to get some kind of snack, she must be either excited to be here or excited to go get some food. I think of a new question, but I decide to ask her what her power is when we are either in line for food or in the hallway, on the way to get food.

I nod to him, crunching over to pet Bruno behind his ears, he loved that. "That's cool. So do you know what your dad did for living? I mean, a constant traveler doesn't just go around for no reason." I say, backing up my question with an explanation to have an answer, not that I need an explanation, but still, I would be happier answering a question if I knew why they were asking it, especially if it included my personal life. I smile down at Bruno who makes a grunting noise that means he likes my petting, and I don't stop sohe doesn't give me the eye.

I nod to her, getting a bitter reflection from Madam Finn. I don't say another word, though, and I just keep my heels clicking the tile. I watch her go off so she can do something in her office, and I go to the cafeteria, only to stand in the doorway and watch the students socialize together. I sigh and go to one of my few classrooms, then sit at my desk and look through the list of names. I'm guessing that I will be teaching all of the grades seperatly, because there quite a big list of kids name's here, on the screen in front of me. I look through them all, trying to get first names right, then going through the last names, and putting them together.

(( Do the teachers have dorms too? Or should they just have an apartment that's away... Just saying, but I think teachers having special one person dorms would be more fun. ))

Ryu sighed, "Well, first of all, he's the other Hemi in our family..." He started. "And, well, he was part of a big car manufacturer. He always had to travel for it, since he was higher up." He said, then shrugged. He was subconsciously stroking Duncan's feathers, which the bird obviously enjoyed. "Me mum and her side of the family breed hunting dogs and horses. Me da works with cars...Kind of two opposite extremes, eh?" He said, raising an eyebrow. He smiled a little bit. His mother was typically the one at home all the time, whereas his father was constantly all over the place.

Scipio set Nico down on the bed, where the gerbil sat, staring at him unblinkingly. He pulled out a sketchbook, flipping through his finished drawings before settling on a page that was only half done.He began to draw, and before long he was completely lost in his own world. He was unaware how much time was passing, or of the sounds outside the dark dorm.

Bea made a quick glance behind her before adjusting herself into a more welcoming stance, it was hard to draw her attention away from the boy's eyes. They were just intriguing- As soon as the eyes contact seemed to drop to her shoes, she regained her poise. She meant to say it was fine, but ended up choking a bit on it as it turned into a giggle/snort sound. The joke itself wasn't too entertaining, but the delivery was timed in a perfectly awkward way. "I guess I would prefer my shirt that way too." She formed an agreeing tone once she successfully recovered from her horrid laugh. Her smile suddenly clicked with her eyes, as if realizing they had a job to do now that she could afford a real smile. The line moved up another four people, just a fingerbreadth away from the trays.

Rowan bypassed the busy looking cafeteria in favor of exploring a bit around the ground, poking into any unlocked doors, discovering bathrooms and other mundane things. What looked like a rigorous obstacle course encompassed a room larger than a gymnasium, supposing it was the training room, it looked imposing. He drew the door closed on that room gentler than the others, it looked like it deserved a little more reverence.

I’d brought everything to this school with me and had somehow managed to squeeze it into my half of the dorm. My guitars, my amp, my skateboard, and all my posters, cd’s, and video games, along with my clothes. Right now though, I was being the usual nuisance I always was. Personally I didn’t think I was bothering anyone by skateboarding on the marbled hallway floors. I was just cruising around, doing nothing in particular. Just pushing myself every so often with my right leg to regain my speed. The hallways were dead, empty, there was nobody in them. It was weird, but I didn’t care. “More skating room for me,” I’d laughed when I’d come out of my room wearing black skinny jeans, black DC shoes, and a dubstep t-shirt.
I pushed myself further ahead, blocking out all the voices that filled my head as I drifted past rooms. I’d finally found an object to do a trick on. It was a statue on a large stone block. I ollied onto it easily, grinding my board on the edge of it before clacking back down onto the floor. I was bored though, there was nothing to skateboard on in here. The terrain was too dull, no real room for tricks or anything else. So I hooked a left and started skating back to my own room so I could go play guitar or something.

I nod as I listen intentley to Ryu's family story. "Ahhh," I sigh, "Well, you're lucky your family was happy, and I'm guessing they cared." I say, taking in a deep breath and letting it out, remembering how I'd acted around my parents and how they'd treat me; like I was statue, occasionally needing to be polished by food or money for school. I smile fakely ad look back down to Bruno, thinking about the backstory of him; a puppy from the mills, soon to be trained for fighting, and probably dying because he's such a sweet heart. I change the subject, asking instead, "So what were they kinds of dogs your mom bred?" I try to smile realistically this time, but I don't think it worked that good because Bruno mirrors me, and he looks like he's sad, like he's thinking back old memories of the puppy mills.
