"Race you!!" Luna yelled back as Quake ran behind her. "Twig! Twig!!" the pokemon replied happily. It was great that she had a pokemon now, it would actually be tons of fun, except for if Quake got too hurt to fight. As she ran down the route, she looked at the bushes curiously before venturing off into the long green grasses beyond this beautiful path.

Carefully as she could, Luna stepped into the bushes with Quake at her side. After walking a little ways, he stiffened. Luna looked at him before noticing the red eyes that looked like a Poochyena's. Suddenly, it jumped out of the bushes, letting itself be known. "Ready for our first battle, Quake?" "Twig!" the pokemon replied boldly before jogging in front of his trainer, in between Luna and the wild pokemon.
