Killua clearly noticed that they wanted to keep the talk to themselves so he slipped out of the house and began to run across the streets toward the river to relax. when he arrived he found that Tomoe was there and so was someone who had red hair and looked like Tomoe. instead of relaxing Killua hid in a tree and watched the new arrival.

Kenshin walked down to the bridge and saw a horse in the water. Curious, he walked down to the rivers edge and called for the horse.

Balik heard a strange voice. He flicked his ears and looked at the man. He looked like Tomoe...Balik was confused and pinned his ears back and stamped his hoof in the shallows.

'...who in the world is that?...' Tomoe thought, she heard a noise and looked behind her at the trees. She saw Killua. She looked back at Balik and noticed he was about to charge."uh oh..." she whispered as she got to her feet, her reverse blade sword at her side.

Killua noticed that Tomoe spotted him and saw that the horse was going to charge at the man that looks like Tomoe. He leaped out of his hiding place and jumped in front of the horse's path to try and stop the horse.

"whoa, whoa. calm down. you shouldn't attack a stranger." Killua said as he tried to calm down Balik.

Balik reared and pawed the air. He neighed a challenge. But the boy seemed to calm him down. He backed up on his hind legs and came down on all fours, snorting and shaking his head. He kept an eye on the intruder.

"Thanks, Killua." Tomoe said as she put a hand on the stallion's neck and rubbed his face."come on, its ok, calm down...that's a good boy." Tomoe cooed as the stallion finally calmed down completely.

"Uh...what just happened?" Kenshin said.

Killua patted Balik and rummaged through his pockets and pulled out a sugar cube.

"want it?" asked Killua.

Killua looked toward the stranger.

"sorry about that. Balik doesn't act like that in the time i have met him." said Killua as he looked toward the stranger.

"anyway sorry for the trouble." killua said as he bowed his head for an apology.

Balik took the sugar cube and messed up Killua's hair in thanks. He snorted and munched on the treat.

"I really am sorry. I don't know what got into him. Are you ok sir?"

"Uh...its ok...really!" Kenshin replied." My names Kenshin Himura."


Enishi watched from the tree line, frowning.
