She jumped out of the water getting him all wet. She tackled him and held him down. Her eyes reflected through her goggles.

Jeff smirked, now almost all the way underwater. With some surprise, he gripped her waist and flung her under with him. He tried to keep from laughing as they tossed around in the water. It was now official he was going to be with Gale forever, she was the best thing that ever happened to him in his very long lifetime.

She swam to the bottom and hid watching him. She gribbed the murky bottom and grinned. This is fun.

Jeff swam towards the top, trying to get a breath full of air so he could continue their brawl. When he reached the top, he floated on his back, letting him watch the trees. He thought he saw movement but it was probably just his eyes playing tricks on him. Now full of air, he dove back under, a clump on seaweed in his hand.

She buried herself into the ground making mud cover her and only her muddy goggles were showing. They really couldn't be seen ,but if noticed could be a clear give away. The murky water stirred as she watched him swim around looking for her. Her goggles glinted faintly in the brown water and she burrowed herself even deeper.

Jeff swam for a bit but he caught a glint of light at the bottom and decided that if was glass or Gale. Still full of curiousity, she sawm nearby, each time getting closer and closer. Hee swam right above and dropped the seaweed, landing directly where the light had came from.

Gale didn't move or flinch. She felt her goggles get covered by seaweed. She got ready to shoot away.

Jeff shrugged, now almost sure it was glass. Besides, even if it was Gale, she was going to need air soon. Now one could stay down there that long without running out of air and drowning. But he didn't want her to drown, that would be disaterous. Still he swam back up for a second, just grabbing a handful of air.

Gale didn't move. She felt herself slowly run out of air. She would stay down as long as she could.

Now he swam faster and faster, it had been a while since she had gone up. It was starting to get bad, he didn't want her to die, not here, not now. Fear of losing the last of the small air he had, he rejected the thought of yelling out to her. Please be alright, please. he thought, scanning the water nervously.
