'So...' The Netherlands said 'I think I can declare this meeting as over and we can all go home or something...' He sighed and packed his stuff without waiting for the opinions of the others. He walked outside, smoking again and sat down on a bench beneath a little roof because it had started to rain. Of course it was raining, it was Amsterdam for God's sake and fall at the same time. The Netherlands closed his eyes, stood up and let the rain fall down on him.

Austria hurried outside, trying to catch up to The Netherlands. When he got outside he saw him and slowly walked toward him. "It's raining?" Austria said as the rain hit him. "Netherlands, I need an answer to this. What do think will happen if we win."
Austria, soaked with water, sat down. He tried to get some of the water out of his clothes. Austria mumbles, "No use, I will just have to wash it when I get back, or I will ruin it"

The Netherlands looked at Austria and his eyes seemed almost depressed as he said 'If we win, we will lose the little of friendship we have with the other countries that lose because they will carry a grudge. If we lose, we lose and we have to pay like Germany and the Second World War. There's no escape out of tis pitfall.' His cigarette went out because of the rain and thus he threw it onto the ground and looked up at the clouds again.

(well, almost everyoen is done with the making plans. The three teams have had a meeting each and team 1 (with Romano) has just finished and Prussia is making tactical lans while Germany is giving Italy a peptalk. Team three (With Taiwan) has just concluded that they will need to build up deences and wait. The Netherlands and Austria are currently outside. Maybe both of your chars can come in kate and just ask what's happened to the other countries.)

Romano walked inside the building? Looking around curiously. "Where are som tomatoes when you need them?" he asked annoyed. This war was horrible, considering he had to fight countries he knew, especially Spain. He turned around the corner and spotted Italy getting a pep talk from Germany. He walked over, "Oi, Potato Idiot. Stop lecturing my brother. Should you be making plans?" he asked slight annoyance was in his voice.

Taiwan walked around quietly, no other Asian Country was on her team. She felt a little lonely, she looked around for some person to talk to, while thinking of the battle plan.
