Marlyn looked past Erin. She couldn't see Gainsboro City from here...There was still a long way to go.

"Yeah." She answered, "I started this morning. I was hoping I could challenge the gym there." She didn't like having to talk to someone, but it was nice to see another human being every once in a while. She just hoped Erin didn't try to join Marlyn on her journey.

Mina

Mina smiled, "Cool team - you've got quite a few Pokemon already." at that point, Mina flicked out her own two Pokeballs to reveal Razor, her Bulbasaur, and Warrior, her Shroomish. "Razor," she gestured to her Bulbasaur, who was sitting by her feet and gazing about him, "Warrior." then she pointed to the Shroomish who was in a similar position to Razor. Mina turned to Axel and smirked, "Honestly, Axel, you burst everybody's bubbles.." she muttered, holding out a hand for him.

Wild Pokemon

A wild Weedle took curiosity of Marlyn and wandered towards her, making an attempt to crawl up her leg to get a better look at the girl's face.

Erin

"Well, it's not really so far away. This route is pretty short." Erin shrugged, "By the way, you should know, there's a Weedle making an attempt to climb your leg." Erin added in a matter-of-fact sort of tone, looking at Marlyn's leg with her eyebrows raised, waiting to see the girl's response.

Axel Rod

Axel snorted, but took Mina's hand as she pulled him up. Shaking his black jacket the red head replied. "Thanks, it's part of my charm.." He grinned at her. Turning to Yuna he sighed once he saw the looks she was giving him. He knew that look ALL to well.

She wanted to see HIS Pokemon now.

"Yea' don't even like grass types...." Axel told her as he flicked his wrist to let Weed out. The shorter grass Pokemon kicked his little stub leg in joy about being out again. "Odd! Oddish!"


¥una Fair

Yuna bent down to get at eye level with Mina's Pokemon. She gently reached out and placed her hand on Razor's head, rubbing between his short ears. "Not ALL grass types....I like Leafeon's....besides, you don't like Flying types anyway..." Yuna turn her attention back to Mina. "I can tell you train them well....they have strong spirits...that' good..."

((While reading this, I was attacked by a mosquito hunter that somehow found its way in my house. 0.0))

Marlyn could feel a slight tingling up her leg, but she ignored it, concentrating on Erin to seem interested, "Really? I assumed the route would be longer." She commented, then blinked and looked down. Sure enough, there was a big brown larvae climbing up her leg. She froze, grinning at this perfect opportunity. Sure, having a bug pokemon on your leg was a little creepy...but she could catch it!

"Green, I want you to very carefully get it off my leg and tackle it." She whispered to her Chikorita. He nodded and lightly nudged the Weedle with one of his front legs, trying to peel it off of his trainer.

Mina

"Thanks," Mina muttered, smirking at Axel in amusement. He really didn't get along with Yuna. It made her laugh inwardly. The sun was beginning to get lower, and before Mina could say anything else, a battered-looking Pidgey, a disheveled Taillow and a scruffy Pidove swooped down. They had small packs attached to their backs. "Messenger birds." Mina said quietly, taking out her miracle seeds and allowing the Pidove to stow it in its case.

Wild Pokemon

The Weedle peeled off her leg, and shot a poison string at the Chikorita.

Axel Rod
(Lady/♀ /Nature-Sassy)(Weed/♂/Nature-Relaxed)
"Well aren't they fast...."Muttered Axel under his breath. Holding his arm out to the Pidge to land on. Once the battered bird settled on his jacket sleeve he gently placed the Leaf stones on the brown and tan Pokemon back were a small bag was tied. Shoving the last rock in place, he zipped the bag up and held his arm higher, letting Pidge flying off, now that it had it's cargo. Green eyes watched as the little bird flapped it's wings in a flurry, some feathers falling out as it took off.

Yuna hummed under her breath as she too held her arm to the scruffy Pidove to land on. The poor thing looked tired. Looks like she when she go back to base she'd be chewing out the grunts out again about not caring properly for the little messenger birds."Poor thing..." She muttered as she strok it's grey feathers. Pidove slowly closed it's eyes as it clicked it beak in content. Sighing deeply this time Yuna walked over to the box of Metal Coat. Bending down she unziped the leather bag on the bird's back and started to place the stolen items in it's back. Once that was done the Pidove chirped, flapping it's wings before taking off into the sky to join the Pidge. Yuna watched the bird leave, a little sad to see the bird go away while pulling out her phone. Pressing the keys she text one messenger to her boss.

"You and I are going to have that "talk" again..."

Marlyn grinned and took a few steps back, watching as the Weedle jumped off of her leg and fired a small stinger at Green. Her Chikorita didn't need an order to dodge; he did it by himself, but the poison stinger grazed his leg. He needed to work on his speed.

"Okay Green, use Razor Leaf!" Marlyn ordered. The Chikorita whipped his head in a circle, firing small leaves from the stem of the main leaf on his head.

Mina;
Watching as the birds fluttered away, Mina looked up at the sky. It was tinged Orange as the sun began to set. Stifling a yawn, she turned to Axel and Yuna."I think I'm going to head back - do a bit of training first, though." She said quietly, before turning on her heel and teaching various tactics to her pokemon for a while.

Ivory division;
Daemon groaned as he answered his phone. Massaging his temples with his free hand, he sighed in annoyance."Well, if you'd rather be downgraded to tending to the messenger birds I would be happy to do so." He snapped, before flicking off his phone and returning to his paperwork.

Wild pokemon;
The Weedle stumbled as the leaves slashed it. It aimed a poison sting at its foe.
