"Aww come on puppy. I'm not that bad." Huffing I began to sniffle as if my feelings were really hurt and just like that I burst into tears. The ability to cry on the spot had really come in handy over the years.

Riley fidgeted uncomfortably; she was used to being the one in the flock who could out-fly anything, who didn't get hurt, but made others hurt. And now, this. She was being carried back to their home like a child. It was outrageous! "This is taking to long, I'm flying home on my own." She grumbled, pushing herself away from Athena and dropping about 15 feet before snapping out her wings- and giving a cry of pain- and flapping slowly. She slowly but surely gained altitude, every now and then dropping a few feet. "S-see? I got it." She said through clenched teeth, her face screwed up in pain.

"Oh boo-boo. Puppy doesn't like his new owner." Storm said to he as her fake cry actually looked a little convincing.
