"Mmrg!" 'Damn you for hurtin' my partner!' I swore at him, hearing his little grunt of pain. Siknonia's expression was blank as always, but I couks tell that he was hurting from that little sound he had made.
"Is that what you think of the best magic user in Surda? Oh, I bet you'll say something along the lines of, 'The magicians in your country at that weak that you are the best? My, my, I pity you fer thinkin' how wonderful you are at doing magic.' " I sneered at him, letting him know that I would not forgive him for the cut he gave Siknonia. "Ah, well your fault. Many have died from the simple mistake you just made. Oh well, I suppose I should show you some of my power, eh?" I held out my arms infront of me, my face going expressionless and dark. I ran past him, my short hair flying behind me in the wind. Even a fool knew it was time to stop fighting and get away now.
I could see Siknonia quite far away, even with his wound he was still going strong. A ghost of a smile hovered on my lips as I looked up into the forest, pine tree's and some others already starting where I was at.
Like greased lightning I scurried into the trees, jumping through them as if I could fly, my feet just touching the branches before I launched into a flip of summer sault to the next one.
This was quite fun, despite the fact that I knew what dire situation we were ins.
