Yuki looked at him and said " found by what?" she walked beside him her dress flowed behind her slightly and she smiled her dress was plain white.

He rounded the corner, leaving the alley. He looked up at the sky, assuring himself that he was going the right way. Towards the largest building in the city, the capitol building. It was the tallest and largest building, a shrine to the Gods and a safe place to hide from evil. "Well... you know how there are the people who really, really, really don't like the Gods and are against anybody who does support them?" He glances at her, not sure if she realizes the pure hate the group is actually made up of. "I don't mean the simple nonbelievers you run across everyday, but a gang of people who will kill firm believers in the Gods."

Kiyota laughed. "I've already encountered them a few times. They know who I am, they have people who look for me. I am... one of the people they hate the most because of how passionate I am about bringing back the Gods. About a month ago they found me. I was of course living in a different alleyway. There were about five of them and no way for me to get out. They only left me alone because they'd beaten me so badly they thought I was dead. I barely survived that night, honestly don't know how I did. I've hoped it was by the mercy of the Gods, though I wished they would have let me die. It was the most horrible pain I've ever felt. Here I am, though." He looked at the building, now towering above them. He started to walk around behind it, heading for a grassy area.

Yuki smiled and said " the gods really do like you...you are a strong believer " she fallowed looking around her hand brushed the tall building.

"I wish it didn't cause so much pain... being a believer in the Gods, i mean. I think that's part of why so many people don't believe. That gang of idiots that nearly killed me scare so many people, why would somebody want to believe?" He said, climbing the hill. "We'll put the off for later, right now I want to show you the most beautiful, well protected place in Aruka. Arukatay really did her job well here. Just don'ts get to close to the dead grass, that's where the barrier stops." He said and then paused, examining the grass. "The barrier moved in, and it did it just a bit ago. See how that grass is yellow-green, not completely dead yet? It didn't move in very long ago. That doesn't look good." he watched the invisible barrier for a moment and then climbed the hill. It was insanely steep, but was full of life. The higher they went up, the more life there was. Cherry blossom trees rose up, small animals running about. "It's so protected because it's so high up, far from the darkness on the ground. Almost like a small piece of the Heavens, I've alway's assumed."

Yuki nodded and looked at her feet thinking of what would happen if they stopped believing she sighed and thought " we would die"

"Alright. I thought you'd like this place. You ready to be completely stunned by this village?" Kiyota paused at an area that had so much shrubbery and trees it was impossible to see past. he put his hand on the bottom of one of the bushes, waiting for her answer. "It's hard to get through here, but it's well worth it."
