Sheik, and Accalia are looking for Vaati at Ikana Valley, lol they're talking to re-deads trying to find him XD, and Shadow Link is kinda searching for Vio but he doesn't know where Dragon Roost Island is, and Wolfy might want to tell him, but Midna burned down his castle because Mintey wanted some action. XD))

'Well. That's..nice.'She looked over at him finally.'We need to go look for Vio. Dragon Roost Island in..the middle of the ocean. Which sucks for us but..whatever.'
(I've never actually gotten that far in Wind Waker, so I can't really provide good directions.)
