He finally caught the bird and put him on his shoulder, and the bird nuzzled into his neck.
"NO!!! Frau Dont go near ze vindow!! Zey are not here for ze monsters!" he yelled

[Dawn.]

Serena woke up with a start, sitting right up and gasping. Her breathing was deep and raspy, looking around. "Oh thank god...." She murmured to herself, turning at the sound of gunshot and yells of authority. "AH SH*T."She got up, put a shirt over her tattered and stained bra, and suited up her bow and arrows, as well as a dagger just in case. She ran out the door, and then slunk into the shadows to figure out a way out.

"No! no! no! Get Away from the freakin window!," Scout exclaimed grabbing her hand and pulling her away from the window "they ain't here becuse of the monsters! there here becuse of us!!!" He could hear footsteps echoing thoght the halls sounding closer and closer each second he turned back to the others "we need to get out of here right now!,"

[Dawn.]

Serena saw the group a slight distance away, and shouted, "Wait up!" Her slink turned to a run, and se bolted towards the group, bow gleaming in the pouring rain.

"What are you talking about?!" Aruna hissed as she stumbled from the velocity of Scout's pull.

"If they're not here to help us then what are they here for? It's not like we made all of these stupid creatures!" She instantly looked toward the Medic with slanted eyes. "This better not be your doing! I swear if this is one of your crazy experiments gone wrong-"

Aruna never had much trust for the emergency doctor, she always found his methods of healing rather. . . unorthodox.

When the sounds of footsteps could be heard Aruna pursed her lips to silence her loud Australian voice.

"Where do you plan on going?" She whispered lowly at Scout.

When she heard a shout she immediately put her finger to her lips, signaling the other girl to keep her voice low.

"Serena! Pipe down would ya?'

"Anywhere but here! I ain't sticking around to see what they want!" Scout nodded in the direction of the window. He turned to the girl who was running towards them relizing it was Serena he glanced at the window and then back at the others "there already in the building! So let's stop siting around like retards and do somthing!,"

Serena grumbled, making her way to them. As soon as she was in whisper earshot, she asked, "What's going on?"

He sighed not wanting to explained everything again "the whole base is surrounded by policmen.... And there are strange undead monsters lurking around.. One tried to kill me while I was sleeping!!" Scout explained once more.

Engineer

The rain upon his face as they finally made it outside was an absolute blessing. Engineer opened his eyes slowly, letting the water flush the burning chemicals from his eyes. Only now did he realize that he'd forgotten his welding goggles inside his room, something he regretted neglecting now that his eyes still stung painfully. His condition slightly improved, and the Texan coughed less as he tried to make sense of everything.
"I think...I think there's an exit, to the East of us..." He blinked rapidly in a vain attempt to regain full vision. He could see, but it was blurry. Dell hoped the effect wasn't permanent.
"I've seen some of the Mann Co. technicians use it in the past..." He coughed, grabbing a hold of Felice's hand again, looking like he was afraid of getting lost in the rain. He tried to look optimistic, noticing the fear on Felice's face and unwilling to scare him further. He didn't like seeing the cook demoralized or frightened. It just seemed....wrong.
"It's...a chain link fence gate..." Clearing his throat fervently, he slowly gained the ability to breathe a bit easier, but he couldn't keep on for much longer like this. He'd gotten more than a dose of that gas, and he'd spent a lot of energy coughing and dragging his sorry arse into the rain.
