( I may be a tad bit annoying, would've filled it out last night but my tablet charger broke. I was doing a bit of research to try and keep it historically correct but found nothing relating to a mafia or gang in the prohibition era.. Shall I fill out a family leader form or join as a member to another gang/mafia? I promise we can get started as soon as I fill out my form, which will be tonight <3

[ i considered alcapone and his gang as mafia - plus - mafia and prohibition era just seem to click *shrug* - Enlgand would most likely be a leader - but probably of a third party - like for civilians, since it's his country he's trying to protect from the warfar and violence - as for your other characters if you should so have them, then you can choose whichever - so long as you fill out the little group part on the front ]

Personality: blunt, fanciful, but claims to be a gentleman, however he is cynical, sharp-tongued, and prone to rough speech. He often uses British vocabulary, such as 'bloody' and 'git'. He also seems to be very stubborn and strong-willed, and does not easily succumb to stress or pressure. England is pretty distant and prefers to work alone. Perhaps because of this, he does not know how to express himself, leading to others often misunderstanding him.

History: England used to be a former pirate, he was blunt and fanciful during these times and often tormented Spain. His country has been through some rough times, after losing many of his colonies within the same month, he is generally harsh and distant. Due to these losses, in the early days of July he is reduced to nothing and usually locks himself in his room. Although the sale or consumption of alcohol has never been prohibited by law, various groups in the UK have campaigned for the prohibition of alcohol. England rose to power in his mafia when he vowed to stop violence from affecting his country, many citizens agreed with this.

Family Name: English Alliance ( I hope this will suffice, I'd rather not name it English Mafia because it doesn't promote warfare and violence.

Friend's: none at the moment, England is for the most part closed off.

Foe's: most of the other mafias as he tries to stop the outbreak of violence within his country.

Other: despite losing his American colonies, he still has a slight connection with the American Gang albeit hating violence. He tries to keep his ties with Alfred, desperate for some lifeline to reality. He tends to be closed off and distrustful of other countries involved in violence, trafficking, etc. His people view him as a harsh but caring leader.
