Mina shrugged, "I've only heard of her, but I saw her once, in Sinnoh." they began to wak, and Mina looked up at the gym. She turned her head to the small clusters of trees that surrounded the city, and said, "I think we could do with some training of our own, actually." she gestured to a nearby mini-forest.

Ace's heart pounded as he watched, watched the pokeball that was now trying to collect the poochyena. It had been a good match, and his piplup - Tyran had fought a good match. In the end it had been a match all about skill and thinking quicker than the wild dark pokemon. His eyes narrowed as he watched the pokeball which rocked back and forth slightly. Finally when he thought he couldn't take the suspence anymore, it captured the poochyena. "Yes." He smirked as he walked over and collected the pokeball. "Good job Tyran!" He priased his piplup, as the little water pokemon seemed excited at his master's priase. Ace was currently at route one, not far away from his hometown. He had attempted to catch his first wild pokemon today, as he finished making sure Tyran was at a good enough level that he couldn't lose. For the past while he had solely been working on raising Tyran's level, and bonding with him. Now he was quite close to his starter, and he felt confident that he could be a great pokemon companion someday.

Anna smiled and thanked Hazelle, taking the pokeballs and tucking them into her bag. She placed the money on the counter, then spun around and looked at the shelves. She looked around the shop for a moment, then pulled an awakening, an antidote, a parlyz heal and one revival herb. She brought them over to the counter and showed them to Hazelle, "I'll buy this stuff too."

Coal tumbled out of the air and crahsed into the ground from the Emolga's attack. Stubbornly, he got back up and charged towards the pokemon, planning to use Fire Punch.

Rylie groaned and smacked her forehead [facepalm!]. "Coal! We don't need to battle! Stop!" Rylie shouted, willing for her pokemon to stop and come back on command. Coal ignored her. Coal was independant and did thigns his own way, on his own time. He wasn't going to stop just because some human girl told him to.

{ Perfect forms, guys ^^ All accepted~ Just so you all know, your Pokemon shouldn't know any moves that an in-game version wouldn't know/wouldn't know at this level. Levels on this RP are vague, but your Pokemon shouldn't know a move that it normally wouldn't know. For example, Pokemon at the moment are under level 20, so they shouldn't know any moves that they wouldn't know in-game under the level 20. Just so you all know c: I think it's rather silly when a starter Pokemon knows Hydro Pump, Solarbeam or Fire Blast xD }

She smiled and nodded, "That'll be $350 for the energy root, awakening, paralyz heal and antidote." Hazelle ticked the items off, knowing the prices by memory.

Surprised at the Chimchar's determination, the Emolga swooped. But it was burned by the Fire Punch and yelped in pain; yet, still managed to use Spark on the Chimchar.

Erin had returned all of her Pokemon but Amazon to their Pokeballs. Now, the Herballa was perched on her shoulder as she walked down through Route One once again. Unsure if she was seeking a battle or not, Erin simply basked in the sunlight. Amazon occasionally hopped off her shoulder and flapped to the ground, pecking at the dirt ground. Holding her arm out, Erin smiled as Amazon hopped onto it. "Reckon we'll find somebody to travel with, Amazon?"

Marlyn sighed and trudged along. Another battle, another fainted pokemon. She didn't understand why you couldn't catch a fainted pokemon--you could catch a sleeping pokemon. Wasn't that the same?--and so far she's had two battles with two different Digletts. Both times, the Ground Pokemon was knocked out by Green's--her Chikorita--Razor Leaf before she even had a chance to take out her Pokeball! Green seemed to feel personally guilty by it, but Marlyn blamed herself. She really should have ordered Green to use Tackle instead of Razor Leaf.

"C'mon Green. There has to be something else here we can battle. Don't feel bad." She spoke. The Chikorita flipped his head-leaf like a strand of unruly hair, "Chik..." He responded and pulled his head up, walking with more self-confidence than guilt. Marlyn smiled, "Good boy."

"Hey, is that a kid?" She asked. A shape far ahead was walking this way, but she couldn't tell what it was. A person? A trainer?

Putting his new pokemon in his belt, a rush of confidence ran over Ace. He looked down at Tyran, who was waiting for something to be said or something to happen. "I'll let you stay outside your ball for a little bit," he told the piplup, as he crouched down to get down to his level. "You did an awesome job, you'll be the best pokemon ever, and you'll help me defeat all the gym leaders in the region." He had a smile on his face, as an excited look came onto his pokemon. Petting his head a couple of times, he got back up. "Now where are we off to, hm..?" He spoke, mostly to himself.

"If you don't know where you are going, you'll end up someplace else."

Dante didn't want to be here, he didn't want to have to battle pokemon, he wanted to be home, or someplace else, anywhere from here. He had been fighting a wild caterpie, and felt almost bad when the thing had fainted after the battle. He wasn't going to capture it though. He didn't like to collect that many pokemon, which was why he only still had one. "Good job Squritle." He said, though his voice wasn't all that enthuized. The pokemon looked up at him, as to question what was wrong with him, though he just shrugged slightly. "Nevermind, you did a good job that was all that matters." The pokemon didn't seem to convinced, though willingly let Dante put him back into his pokeball.

She smiled and handed $350 to the girl behind the counter. She took her items and put them in her bag before walking out of the store. Before she had gone into the store, she'd put all her pokemon back into their pokeballs, except for Leilei. She looked around the city, then released Petunia and Belle from their pokeballs as well. The three pokemon chatted for a moment, then raced off in different directions. Belle tumbled towards a rock and dove behind it. Petunia raced over to some bushes and Leilei leapt up onto Anna's shoulder and clsoed her eyes. She made a few grunting noises as if she was counting, then raced off to find her friends.

Rylie groaned again and covered her eyes with her hand. It was great that Coal could do things on his own, but she wished he would listen and respect her sometimes.

Coal charged forward again and went in to use Scratch again.
