Illinois rolled his eyes before waving his hands dramatically a bit to mock Paris. He did it in an obnoxious voice as well because the Frenchman was pretty damn annoying. "He said I shouldn't even be interested in girls like you because I'm seventeen and you're thirteen." He snorted.

Minnesota smirked,"Like your impression there. It's quite... Interesting." She took another sip from her orange juice, trying to ignore what Paris had actually said. She'd never really thought of it like that, and right now it was really bothering her.

It is really surprisingly hard to miss her. Her hair is long and a beautiful light brown. . She has blue eyes and slightly tan skin. She is rarely seen in outfits outside of tank-tops, t-shirts, skirts, and shorts, except in partys or formal gatherings when she wears a dress. Most colors consist of the colors orange and red.

Personality:
Compared to some other states, and even nations, she is very outgoing and hyper. Her spacy exterior fools most but she actually has a triple-sided personality. Most often around the people she knows she is outgoing and a little childish. She also has the studious/shy side that is only around people she is not familiar and/or comfortable with. The last is her spacy/far-out look where she is trying to find solutions to the world.

History:
Most of Arizona's history is surrounded in mystery and dirt not much was known about her first tribe of Natives, the Hopi Indians, and much of her past, even the westward expansion, had been covered by the dust. Only Oregon knows much of her past but never talks about it beyond becoming territory of Spain.She was one of the farthest places the US had battles against the Confereation and she wasn't even a state yet. For that she still has a little bit of tension against America

Arizona sat quietly but her mind was flickering every were, She sighed board and lonely. She wanted to go back to the desert. Arizona gave a slight sigh and stood up looking for someone to talk too.

North Dakota put his hands in his sweater pockets, walking around, a bit bored. Being sick wasn't the most exciting thing if that wasn't obvious. He looked over and saw Arizona, deciding that she would be good to talk with. "Hey" North Dakota said, his words the slightest bit muffled by his scarf.

Arizona looked over her shoulder to see, North Dakota, "Hello," She said her voice happy and kind. "Y'all feeling ok?" She asked with a small western accent and stood up. She studied him thinking that was a stupid question.
