Gale smelt the air and yawned showing large sharp teeth and long lower and upper canines. She turned around and looked at the sky. Her eyes flashed and her pupils blinked.

Jeff felt along the outside of his mouth, feeling a small bump that was probably one of his fangs. He hated them but they came in handy alot. Though sometimes it made it hard to blend in, that and being so pale. But then again, alot of people were pale now-a-days. Though it must be the same for the wolves, except instead of being pale, they had more teeth. But they weren't always constantly cold. Lucky them. he thought, lightly biting the inside of his cheek.

She looked at him and ruffled his hair. Her slitted eyes studdy him. She poked his stomach.

Jeff smiled at her, placing his hand over the spot she had poked him. Then he reached out and poked her softly in the ribs. It felt like they were life long friends but they had only met today. Still they understood each other and complete fit together. But he had the strangest feeling that she was studying him but it was probably just his eyes playing tricks on him. I mean why would she be watching him like that?

"O...kay, I'll remember... DAMN I'LL BE LATE FOR SCHOOL!" Carina exclaimed, her dark brown eyes momentarily flashing up towards the sky. Lunch was almost ending, she needed to get back to class or else she'll be late, and being late was never good. "Sorry Lizzie gotta run hope I'll see you later bye lets talk more some other day you're really interesting!" she said, all in one breathe, before waving and running off in the direction of the brick-red building.

Jeff stretched his fingers and smiled. Giving her a look that seemed to say, "Bring it." He was ready for any challenge she had in mind. It would be fun, he knew that much. He poked her on the shoulder, waiting for the poke in return. Jeff loved to do this every once in a while, but no one ever really wanted to do it with him. But now he had Gale to play poke war with.
