"I'm yelling at you when we get home." Shaking my head I let her go then walked over to the Eraser who was now in human form and sat down next to him. I was ready to strike at any moment but I wasn't sure about letting him go. "If we leave you here, no doubt you'll reveal our location so I wonder...do I kill you now or later?"

Ren looked at her. "Leave it. Hit him hard in the head, he'll probably forget we where here."

Riley shrugged of Athena, and continued walking. "I'm fine." She said bluntly, not wanting to seem weak by needing help.

Ren came up beside Riley. "Your wing is crooked. That's not fine."

Storm snarled and let out a deep low growl at her comment.

Athena knew she was lieing but let it go.

"I said I'm fine Ren!" She snapped, snapping out her wings instinctively, then wincing heavily and tucking them back in. "I'm not a child, I can handle myself." She growled, not slowing her pace.

Athena sighed quietly as she watched Riley look tough.

He rolled his eyes. "Alright. Fine." Ren glanced back at Fang. "Can you handle the mutt?"

She flashed Ren a glare as she looked back, and tripped over a protruding tree root and fell hard. She let out a small yelp as she skinned her knees and hands on rough tree bark.

Ren winced for her and reached down to give her a hand. He figured she'd push him away anyways.
