I wake up with a startle, something had tickled my face. I look around scared, not remembering anything about how I ended up in the clearing of a forest, wait. This was the forest that'd I'd seen the chicken girl... I jump up and check my hands over; claws. I move my hands across my face then; whiskers. Sharp teeth too? I look around to all the other mutated humans, a bit angry now. One has a tail, without thinking I look behind me a sure enough there is a poka dotted tail planted on me, cheetah? With no shoes on I glance to my feet, and they're furry and spotted... what else?

I find myself getting angry and a growl starts to come from my throat, and soon a hiss from my mouth when a leaf floats across my skin, atleast I have that... I still look around, not sure what to do, so I dart off into the woods, and I find myself to be gladly running on only two legs, with a tail swaying behind me. I find a tree, look to my claws, then look to the tree again. This will be fun... right? Sure, why not. I start to climb up and finally get atleast ten feet off the ground, my tail swishing under neath me. I take my shaking hands and run them through my hair... What's that? Ears too?! Great, I'm officially a freak, never to be normal again.

The Announcer spoke into his microphone clearly, and made sure everybody could hear. "Welcome! Now, I should introduce you to all but one of your fates." He paused. "Welcome to The Challenges, no rules, just survive..."

16 Years of Age / Single / Red-Tailed Hawk / Confused

Luke finally got the strength to push himself off the ground and lay on his back. The announcer's words pierced his ears, he realized where he was. "I guess I went a little bit over my head when I said to my dad I wanted to 'take a chance'." He sighed and then got frightened, "I can't believe I'm probably going to die... I didn't know this was going to turn out like this."
As he lay on his back, something jabbed him right near his shoulder blades, he started to feel when he realized, they mutated him, and he had wings, actually wings, he could use to fly. And his feet were far from what they used to be, they were almost scaly. He looked around, trying to see if everybody else was as confused as him. He already saw a girl with a tail run off into the forest.
