In-Depth
Personality: Taiven can be the fun guy of the pack, but he can also be the irritating one. He is a very clever and witty young man, having a quick comeback to almost anything spat at him. He can be a real thinker, a strategy solver yet he has hardly a care in the word, a rather blissful and light-hearted person who isn't fond of reality which usually gets on people's nerves. Some people see him as an airhead and he usually isn't given much credit because he doesn't seem to very well show his true potential as far as a person goes. He is commonly a bit cocky, acting as though he thinks he can do everything better than the other, as if everyone should love him. He can be slightly egotistic, but that is not so commonly revealed. In those senses, he can be rather repulsive. He has a good sense of humor and it is common for him to crack jokes. It isn't often he finds himself so uncomfortable that he doesn't crack at least one joke. He panics in tense situations and is rather easily pressured.
Appearance: Taiven has been called rather handsome a multitude of times and he usually has girls swooning over him. He certainly believes what his is told, perfect convinced he is one of the most handsome boys on the Earth. He stands at a decent height of 6' 0" tall, not tall and not short. He is fairly well toned with all the fishing he has been doing and his muscles are left rather well shaped. He is not terribly buff and some might say his muscles are on the slender side, but that doesn't mean he isn't strong. His skin is sun kissed, a very even tan in color while his blond hair seems to glow off of it. His hair is wavy, kept at around three to four inches long to make sure it is known his hair is wavy. His hair is notably glossy in the sunlight. His facial features are defined, strong and definite. His eyes are perhaps on the smaller side and a near emerald green in color, sparkling with his more so upbeat personality. His nose doesn't stick out too far from his face or too close to it, proportioned well to his face. Across it and his cheeks, he has scattered freckles only a few shades lighter than his skin. His upper lip has quite a dip to it and neither of his lips are too thin or too plump. They seem right in-between that and have a nice healthy color to them.
Backstory/History: Tavian has somewhat of a tragic back story. A few undesirable things had happened to him in his years. He grew up as a poorer child, sometimes going hungry despite the fact he was in one of the richer districts. His father was often gone to fish and his mother stayed home, leaving him more attached to her than his father. Living in a houseful of boys, a lot of rough housing was involved in the home. On more than one occasion he received a busted lip. He was ten when his mother became stricken with an illness. She stayed ill for months, her health become worse and eventually she died. He probably took it the hardest of all of his brothers, closing off from the world for a while. Since his father worked, he was left with his father's sister, someone he didn't know well. He hated her because she wasn't his mother and felt like she was trying to replace her. It took him several years to become his normal self, wasting several years that could have been spent training for the Hunger Games. When he began his training at the age of fifteen, he began a late start at training and he grew up with his aunt caring for them after that. When he became sixteen he began to help his father by also fishing, hoping to get more money and it worked. With two incomes they were able to eat more decently and he filled out somewhat from his skinnier state.
Flaws: Tavien panics pretty readily in tough situations, sometimes or most of the time unable to keep his cool. He hasn't much of a clue about herbs and what is and what isn't safe to eat. All he really knows about is fish.
Strengths: He is great with a trident or spear and also good with snares and nets. He is also a great swimmer and is good in hand to hand combat due to wrestling with his brothers.
Preferred weapons: He would enjoy a spear very much, preferring that over a trident. He would use a knife if he came across one.
Skills & talents: When things aren't intense, he is great at strategy and planning, a clever boy.
Likes: Girls. They're pretty and they usually give him all of the attention he wants. He doesn't mind swimming or fishing and he isn't on bad terms with daydreaming.
Dislikes: He hates to be pressured and works terribly under tense situations. He also hates dry weather, usually enjoying getting a little wet.
Fears: He hates the thought of dehydration.
Clothing style: He usually doesn't wear anything too spectacular. He is usually seen in a solid t-shirt that is most commonly white in color. He wars light colored, faded jeans that usually have a rip of two in them. He wears either tennis shoes or rubber boots beneath his jeans and every now and then he will wear a necklace with a single shark's tooth that he found at the ocean's shore once.
Strategy & tactics: As a basic strategy, he is planning to join the Careers. That way he'll have strength in numbers for a short while while devising a plan to kill them all. If he succeeds at this, he might afterwords stay to himself and plot the deaths of the remaining tributes.

How self-confident this character is on a scale of one to ten: 10. He lacks no confidence in himself, yet somehow he can be put under pressure.

Did this character have training beforehand?: He did train a bit for good measures if he ever did find himself a tribute in the Hunger Games. After all, if he was ever going to be in the Hunger Games he figured he would be well accepted into the Career Pack if he had a bit of training up his sleeve.
What skills, if any, did this character develop while in the training centre and arena?: He learned some pretty nice shelter building skills. The small amount of time he spent training in his district, he acquired excellent aim with just about anything he can throw.

In-Depth
Personality: Kaia is a rather quiet and reserved girl, not speaking much. When she does, she can be rather blunt and harsh without meaning to hurt another person's feelings. She just isn't very able to beat around the bush. She isn't shy at all as one may guess from her bluntness and if she hates you, chances are you'll know it and if she likes you, chances are you'll know that. She doesn't leave much mystery about people she does and doesn't like. She's not so clever and usually sticks to facts, not the most creative person in the world. She has much common sense and she uses that to her advantage. She has a moderate temper that she usually keeps under control. She has much self control. It's the only reason she can keep her temper in check. She is big on analyzing, often sizing up people and situations. She often determines whether a person is good or bad, half of the time pretty accurate and she also determines situations fairly well, usually finding a logical way out of them.
Appearance: Kaia is an average looking girl, not pretty and not ugly. She stands at around 5' 4" tall and has a fairly straight build, definitely not desirably curvy. She could actually consider her figure that of a guy's as she hardly has a chest. She is medium boned at a little on the thin side, though not horribly so. Her skin is fairly flawless with only a few flush moles her and there on her body. Her skin is very tanned, almost too tanned as she spends her days almost constantly outdoors. Her hair is almost black and rather curly, usually dinged with dust that catches in it from livestock as they tread the ground. Her face is a bit on the long and thin side. Her eyes are large and round, nearly black like her eyes and rimmed in decently long eyelashes. Her nose is on the small side as are her lips long and thin. Her chin is ever so slight long and tapers slightly at the tip.
Backstory/History: Kaia has no interesting story, nothing sad and nothing great. She was born to a couple who solely raised cattle with the help of several cattle boys. She grew up around the cows, used to helping around with some of the chores as a young girl. By the time she was ten she was pretty competent at tending to the cattle, a large help to her parents. Two years passed and she had a younger sister she was rather excited about. Devastating to them all, the baby died only shortly after birth. She was left an only child, not that she wasn't used to it. She and her father both comforted her mother during that time and soon things went back to normal and she resumed her next few years tending to the cattle with her parents and also developing an unspoken crush on one of the cattle boys who helped them.
Flaws: She isn't too clever and usually is too logical. She isn't a great hunter.
Strengths: She pretty decent in most fields, but if she had to pick a strength it would be roping people like she does cattle sometimes. She's great with knots and snares.
Preferred weapons: She hasn't handled many weapons, but she would probably prefer knives over anything. After all, she has good aim and knives aren't too heavy.
Skills & talents: She has a fair amount of knowledge as to what is good to eat. She has good, observant ears and is rather resilient.
Likes: She likes sunny, warm weather.
Dislikes: She hates cold, wet weather. She also hates her figure.
Fears: She a pretty brave girl, but she does have a small fear of drowning.
Clothing style: She usually is seen in an aqua colored tank top and skinny jeans. She wears comfortable western boots over her jeans and she almost always has her hair pulled back into a pony tail.

In-Depth
Personality: Shade is a pretty friendly boy to everyone in the district, never failing to at least say a quick greeting to someone he has seen before. He's very chatty and a great conversationalist, also happening to be a decent listener. He is a very compassionate boy, perhaps to a fault. He is willing to help as many people as he can even if it brings himself harm. He is sweet and generous, not hesitant to share what he has with another person. He is a pretty great boy overall, but he does have his faults. He isn't the most courageous or adventurous of kids, usually feeling comfortable in familiar places. Outside of his zone, he is quick to clam up and act rather distant. He is also rather naive, tricked easily by others. To sum him up, he is great company, but a bit timid in new situations and easily fooled, perhaps not the best person to choose as an ally unless your just looking for company.
Appearance: Shade is an average height for his age, standing at 5' 2" tall. He is rather skinny, underfed and bony. Even so, his build would naturally be scrawny, not well muscled. His skin is pale, very pale. It is almost paper white and drained looking, dotted with an abundance of freckles all along his face. His jaw is prominent due to lack of food, his cheeks rather hallow. His hair is perfectly straight and pitch black in color, though not particularly glossy. He has something like side swept bangs that cover half of his forehead and brush the eyelashes of his left eye. As for the rest of his hair, it stays decently short. His eyes could be haunting if it weren't for his personality, being a solid, unvarying color of a vivid icy blue. They always look icy, almost menacing despite his sweet personality. His nose sticks out a bit too much on him and his lips are moderately sized.
Backstory/History: Having been born into one of the poorest districts, District 8, Shade doesn't have the best of histories. He was the firstborn to his parents. His mother was a teacher and his father a factory worker. At first they ate decently enough, but as his parents had more and more children they were left hungrier and hungrier. By the time he was eight years old his mother had her last child and they were left poor and starving. It was three years later his father died, but he didn't know how because he had been at school. His mother hardly explained to him anything, but he put the pieces together. His father had been complaining about how little food they had. He had probably attempted to steal some and was executed. That left him, his five younger siblings, and his mother alone. They lasted a year and all hope seemed lost. They were starving to death and none of them could do anything about it and that was how the had lived ever since, barely clinging to life.
Flaws: His weak, scrawny, and underfed. He can't run much because of it and he isn't strong either. He is naive and can be tricked easily and he is also too sweet for his own good.
Strengths: He is great at weaving nets and setting rather complicated traps he found out. He's also not half bad at building decent shelters.
Preferred weapons: He's managed to learn how to use a bow and arrow and he likes it well enough.
Skills & talents: He can weave just about anything. He would often watch people around his district doing it and he picked up on the skill more than he thought he did.
Likes: He loves people and attention. He also has a knack for building snowmen.
Dislikes: He hates blood, to see it coming from himself or another person. He also hates to see people is sticky situations.
Fears: He fears bleeding to death if he gets cut too badly.
Clothing style: He doesn't have much. He wears his father's old coat that is far to large for him and a torn up old shirt beneath that. He has snow boots too small for his feet and an old pair of jeans.

Friends: She doesn't ave any friends.
Allies in arena: Well, I'm from a district who produces careers. Who do you think my allies will be?

In-Depth
Personality: Jequirity is most commonly known around her district as the cold hearted girl who can answer just about any academic question thrown at her. She doesn't regard the lives of others and is usually trying to make someone's life miserable, ending up in many, many fights and she has the scars to prove those fights. She uses those fights to later brag about because she usually wins those fights. They are a great way to scare people who bother her away she thinks. She is a very bold and fearless girl. She's not as horrible as some might think. She acts a lot like she does because of the district she lives in. She was raised to be tough, to prove herself strong and compete in the Hunger Games to win. She has a soft spot in her heart for young children and she does have a young daughter herself from a previous boyfriend. She is a very intelligent girl and does work hard in school, seeing it rather important as she wants to be a successful working adult.
Appearance: Jequirity is a pretty young lady, though far from being beautiful. She has rich, dark hair that she has cut very short in pixie cut and has strong notes of a mahogany color in it. It shines brilliantly in the sunlight, revealing the most how much of her hair has a mahogany tone to it. Her face is long and slender, but her short hair really helps her face look shorter and rounder. Her skin is naturally a light tan in color and she has few freckles or anything to interrupt her smooth skin. She has almond shaped, clear blue eyes that are piercing and dark eyelashes rim them. Her eyebrows have a soft arch to them. Her nose is rather average looking and both of her mouth is a little short, but her lips are nicely shaped and her small mouth is hardly noticeable, maybe not even considered a bad feature to some people. She is a healthy weight and has a nice figure, though after having a child it is somewhat worse than it was before. She is a little busty, but not badly so. She is tall for a girl, standing at around 5' 8" and she is very toned.
Backstory/History: Jequirity has always had a fluffy life, her father being the VP of a company ( xD. I couldn't think of a luxury item. Bleh. ) From an early age she was exposed to how wonderful her district thought the Hunger Games was so, she followed in their footsteps. She did as they told her to do and she was training to kill by the time she was seven. She didn't particularly like that idea, but she didn't argue with anyone about it and she eventually became a little numb to the thought of training to kill people. When she became fifteen she had her first and only boyfriend. She didn't date him long before she became pregnant and he dumped her over it. She was left a little shocked by it and closed up from boys after that. She later gave birth to a healthy girl and she loved her no less than a normal mother would. She found it hard to leave her at home with a baby sitter, wishing her mom would quit her job to take care of it while she was gone. She got over it like she did training to kill, though, and she really only found herself worrying about being chosen to be a tribute in the Hunger Games. She wasn't so concerned about dying because she thought she could win, but she really hated the thought of leaving her daughter for so long.
Flaws: She's a little unlikable, too bold and cold for most people. She may be smart, but she is not particularly clever.
Strengths: She's trained most of her life. She strong in most areas of fighting and survival.
Preferred weapons: Her fists primarily as she is good at hand to hand combat, although, she also has great aim with a bow and arrow and is competent with knives.
Skills & talents: As I said before, her had to hand combat skills are keen. She's also very flexible and agile, able to dodge attacks, spears, arrows, knives, and other things by well timed acrobatic flips and other acrobatic maneuvers.
Likes: She likes little children. They don't get on her nerves and she thinks they're cute. She likes food pretty well and does like to cook. She likes the indoors.
Dislikes: She dislikes most people. She also dislikes being outdoors. She dislikes being away from her daughter. She hates it when boys flirt with her.
Fears: She mainly has a fear of being sweet talked by a boy. Last time that happened she ended up with a kid.
Clothing style: Her clothing style varies. (( I'm lazy. xD ))
Strategy & tactics: Her strategy is to join the career group and kick everyone's butt. Simple.

Family: Her father, older brother, little brother & sister.
Friends: Maybe a few acquaintances, but she hasn't gotten close enough to anyone to call them a true friend.

In-Depth
Personality: Once a timid little girl in her younger years, Miki had to mature faster than she should have. She was forced to do all the work her mother would usually do when she fell ill and never fully recovered. Miki has learned much from her duties, and how to get by on her own. She has a high instinct for survival, and will do whatever it takes to preserve her life, no matter the costs. As much as she may seem caring, she can be cold. Plus, she keeps a good grudge and never forgets any terrible thing someone has done to her. In turn, she remembers the generous things people have done for her, though there are few.
Appearance: Short for her age, Miki stands at 4'5" and weighs 70 lbs., and because of her light weight she is nimble on her feet, and makes for a good tree climber. She has a deep tan from being outside basically every day. Short, neck-length black hair frames Miki's young face, and she has big green eyes of an innocent girl.

She wears a green long sleeve shirt that is too big for her that she always has the sleeves rolled up on. Thick, dull brown fabric is wrapped tight below her chest. Her pants are tighter than her shirt, but not by much. Miki also wears fingerless gloves on both of her hands that match the brown wrappings. She also wrapped her feet and legs up to her knees for lack of shoes.
Backstory/History: Miki is the 2nd child with 3 other siblings in her family. Her father is always hard at work all day, everyday working as a lumberjack, just as her older brother is. She was forced to do all the work her mother would usually do when she fell ill and never fully recovered. Up until the day she was picked as a tribute, she was the mother figure in her family. In her spare time that she wasn't trying to con people out of food or money, she also took up axe throwing and whittling.
Flaws: Because of her small body type, Miki becomes fatigued quicker. She knows little about actual fighting techniques, and will just randomly lash out at points. Oddly enough, she isn't one for liking heights. Furthermore, Miki can be a tad...off at times. If she feels the need to, she will try to harm someone if they have done her any wrong. The Games might just push her over the edge...
Strengths: Being able to climb trees and having a need for self preservation. Being on the shorter side of things, Miki can hide in smaller spaces.
Preferred weapons: Axe/tomahawk, or a knife if she can't get a hold of a more preferred weapon.
Skills & talents: Miki is skilled with throwing tomahawks & axes. She knows how to use knives, but not so much for combat. She is also a nice tree-climber.
Likes: Using people for her own gain, whittling, and especially winning. Oh yes.
Dislikes: Swimming & heights
Fears: Becoming injured or dying
Clothing style: Anything that would be too big to fit properly. Miki likes the roomy feeling of baggy clothes and the full range of movements they allow. To keep the clothes on her body she usually ties something around her to keep it in place.
Strategy & tactics: Miki has been practicing her strategy all along, even if she never believed in her wildest dreams that she would be in the Hunger Games. She has found that acting small and innocent works nicely to sucker some help or free things out of people, and strike when they least expect it. If that didn't work, Miki would try the sneaky and quiet approach to steal what she wanted.

On a scale of one to ten, how fast on their feet is this character?: Maybe a 5-6. Miki can offer small bursts of energy, but is sapped of it afterwards.
How self-confident this character is on a scale of one to ten: 8-ish. Miki pretty much believes she can accomplish any task, but is faulty in this confidence if she gets injured.
Likely or not likely to survive?: She is pretty confident that her strategy will allow her to live longer, and her self preservation is a small bonus. Though, it really depends on what she gets herself into.
Did this character have training beforehand?: Not any serious training, just some free-time hobbies.
What skills, if any, did this character develop while in the training centre and arena?: She practiced her knowledge of poisonous and edible plants, along with some basic knotting.

Friends: Friends? What friends? He spent all his time digging holes.

In-Depth
Personality: Though Jem doesn't look it, he is actually quite the gentle giant. He is quiet and keeps to himself. He is not the brightest crayon in the box, but he isn't plan dumb either. He is aware of his strength, but is never the one to pick fights, being the one who usually broke them up instead. Jem is known for being kind and always one to lend a helping hand to those who needed it. Even though he has a difficult time getting by to bring in money for his family, he still gave to the starving people that always seem to litter the streets.
Appearance: As bulky young man, Jem weighs in at 165 lbs and is 5'9". He is very muscular from his working in the mines of District 2, and just as dirty. He wears a plain black muscle shirt underneath a crimson cut-off jacket, which ends well above his waist, and is sleeveless. Jem's pants are regular black cargo pants with the occasional rip or tear. Big boots are all he has on his feet, no matter where he is.

He has long spiky brown hair that is unkempt and in a ponytail. To keep the hair out of his eyes, Jem has a thick crimson headband, made of some sort of soft material. On his left arm above his elbow is a tight, black elastic band that he is always wearing. He wears brown fingerless gloves that go up to his elbows.
Backstory/History: Jem is the eldest of two children, and the son of a weapons maker (father) and a jeweler (mother). Jem was send off to the mines when he turned 15. Because of this, he wasn't "properly," and technically illegally, trained for the Games like many other children and teens of the district, though he was "trained" for four years before being sent off. He probably have a lack of backbone because he wasn't continually trained to kill.
Flaws: He too too nice for his own good, and lacking some smarts. Jem is a sucker for sob stories, so he is easily persuaded into doing things.
Strengths: His strength! Jem is quite strong, and is able to throw around his weight.
Preferred weapons: He would much prefer any gun really, but if anything else, something he could swing around.
Skills & talents: Jem is a skillful miner, but that wont get him far in the Games. He would be great at hand-to-hand combat if he ever needed to fight up close and personal.
Likes: Aiding people in need
Dislikes: Harming people & seeing others suffer
Fears: Cave-ins & lightning
Clothing style: His clothes suggest he is going for a tough-guy appearance. Which is true and all, even though it doesn't quite suit his personality, but his occupation.
Strategy & tactics: Run right into things and hope for the best! He thinks that if he can get a hold of some weapons, he'll be able to frighten people off without hurting them.

How self-confident this character is on a scale of one to ten: He doesn't really care how he looks, even thought he is always coated in dirt. Its a thing he learned to live with, though if people point it out he can still become a little self-conscious about it. So about a 6-7.
Likely or not likely to survive?: He is probably not likely to survive that long, because he is too gullible.
Did this character have training beforehand?: Yes, four years of training before being sent off to the mines.
What skills, if any, did this character develop while in the training centre and arena?: He brushed up on his shooting skills and tried out various weaponry.
