Amelia is a very pale, slim girl. Her skin is a pastel cream colour, though it could be classified as white if seen in the correct lighting. The girl's eyes a dull, sapphire colour and her hair is dyed blue-black. Her hair hangs long, with a light wave through it.

Description of Appearance: Like the picture shows, she is young and strong.
Clothing: She wears a white tunic and brown pants, with the clothers in the picture over top of it, except for the necklace. She has a belt that she keeps a longsword on, and a bow and quiver of arrows on her back. She can use them, but doesn't do so on a regular occasion. She perfers to just watch people, and cultures.

║In-Depth Info║
Personality: The Commander likes to play games, and watch people live their lives. She hates it when her companions leave her, unless she leaves them, in which case she feels no remorse what-so-ever. She loves gambling games, and is quite skilled in almost all manners of them, including ones that involve bluffs.
History: She was the commander of one of the largest fleets in the Time War, and before that, a large section of the police on Galifrey. She hates that she left her fleet at the end of the war, just barely escaping the timelock, as her life long friends and her fellow fighters died. She feels immense guilt at not going with them, and is constantly trying to find a way to circumvent timelocks, with little success.
Romantic Interest: At the moment she has very little, but that may change as she adapts to being one of very few timelords that escaped.
Romantic Relationship: none
Companions: She wishes she had three companions, as she always traveled and confided with her three sub-commanders in the Time War, and before that they were her best friends. But at the time she has none.

║TARDIS and Sonic Tool info║
In depth description of your TARDIS: Well, this is a bit difficult. Being very skilled with electronic devices, her TARDIS has a working chameleon circit. She however feels that it shouldn't change constantly and has limited it to four different designs.
One is a spaceship, very sleek and quick, complete with working engines, she uses it to fly through space as a regular spaceship quite often.

The second form is a full size, double doored wardrobe closet. It appears to be made of a dark red cherry wood.

The third form is plain white door with an ornate golden handle, which opens out and blends into walls.

The last is the standard form of actually using the chameleon circut, which could turn out as many odd forms, which is why she rarely uses it.
TARDIS history Her TARDIS is quite standard. As the Commander she required a TARDIS to do her work. She was awarded it by the President when she took command of the fleet.
Sonic Tool Description: Her sonic tool is a screwdriver. She finds it best for scanning, fixing, and it is the best tool to use on her electronic devices.

((There it is. By the way, I should say that I am not claiming the actual form part as mine, just the character represented by it. The form itself comes off of Ahswyn's roleplay, Return of the Time Lords. And as for not playing the /doctor, it's fine, I don't want to play the Doctor. I would screw it up like I do any Canon character I try to play.
