What do they look like?: Most people who live in the Capitol follow very absurd fashion trends. This is not the case for Zinna, who normally wore simple black clothing. His one strange fashion choice was gold eyeliner, which brings out the gold flecks in his green eyes. Other then that, Zinna looked very normal, with close cropped natural dark brown hair.

Most would call her cruel and some even call her evil, as a child she would torture small animals then kill them with one fatal stab.
What do they look like?: She has long, flowing black hair that she most often leaves free and fine features that go along with it beautifully. But these are not anything compared to her eyes, she was born blind and her eyes were soon replaced with ones specifically designed to give her night vision; the only downside is that they are an eerie glowing yellow.

Skills: Phylox's main talents are baking, painting and camouflage. These artistic talents developed from helping out at his parents' bakery by making bread, etc. and decorating the cakes. His larger build and strength also gives him an advantage during hand-to-hand combat and wrestling. He is not particularly violent and dislikes killing unless it is completely necessary. He has a lot of strength from working at the bakery. Phylox has a talent for painting. Phylox also has a talent for speaking to crowds for he can always pick the right words to say to win them over.

Personality: He is bold, smart, good at figuring out strategies to use, uses self-deprecating humor. He is also loving and cares about the people around him, selfless, funny, and he always knows exactly what to say to make you feel better and to cheer you up.
