Fallon was born in district one and was trained to fight her whole life. She was never good at it so she hoped that when it came to the reaping, that she wouldn't be picked. When she was younger her father left her mother and her younger sister didn't know how to handle it. So the younger girl went pretty much insane, leaving Fallon to help her mom. Her mother didn't seem to care that her husband had left, but she tried to keep Fallon calm when she started to worry about it. The girl often would be upset about it because tons of kids at school would make fun of her, slowly she started to tune it out.
