Ginger Hair, chocolate brown eyes, fox ears and a fox tail,
she is also way shorter then she should be and her
eyes can narrow into slits, she is also more agile then
most people and can hear/smell better then most people.
Downside is she is way weaker then other people..
and has paws with retractable claws.. also when
she gets really angry she may start talking in fox..
which sounds weird.. as when foxes fight they
"Geck" which litterally sounds like "Geck geck gerrrck!"
she also growls and snarls and has sharp pointed teeth.

She just likes to be left alone..
But prefers Not to tangle with the military.

Both her parents are dead, and she wanders from city to city.
Her current job is as a cook at a bar, she also
sleeps at the lodge connected to the bar.

She always wears a worn out baseball
cap to cover her ears and has black biker gloves to hide
her paws. Her paws are sort of a cross between humanoid
and animalistic, and she has slits in the gloves so she can
unsheath her claws to attack. She always wears faded jeans
and a dirty white shirt and a baggy grey sweater.
Weapons:
She currently has one single knife she hides up
her sleeve and a few capped poison darts hidden
in various places for close range.

If State Alchemist, Alias: The Enchanting Alchemist, specializing in earth and fire alchemy.
Appearance: Rita Mordio is a auburn haired gi with bright blue eyes. She constantly wears goggles, and, almost never wearing the military uniform, a red, baggy shirt with black sleeves. She wears red fingerless gloves and wears two socks of different colors and lengths, and many gadgets and objects are clipped to her clothing. She always has a yellow ribbon tied around her right arm and she is constantly carrying a rolled-up yellow scarf, which she somehow manages to use as a weapon.
Personality: Rita is a clever alchemist, though hotheade and often snappish. She can do many types if alchemy, though she is a bit slow at the alchemy, often taking around thirty to forty five seconds at a circle. The longer She stays at the circle, the stronger her alchemy. Rita is often categorized as a 'nutcase researcher', and when she figures something out there's no stopping her train of thought. In fact, her way of using alchemy in the sense of words and no 'electric-like' lights, rather a glowing sphere or circle.
Rita, though she is enlisted in the military as both a state alchemist and an alchemy researcher, often does not obey her superior's demands, especially if she has recently figured something out and 'doesn't have much time on her hands'.
History: Rita was not raised with parents, not something she feels particularly bad or not, because, in truth, she believes that if she had had parents with her, half the researching she has done couldn't have been. She researched alchemy since age 12, though she knew some basics from before. Being self taught, her alchemy usage varies from normal. She joined the military less than a year ago. She doesn't really work for or against the country, she only works in the military to get a living and to continue her research.
Crush: None.

Appearance: Sylv is a pale, tall girl. Her hair is shoulder-length and black with dark red dyes at the end of it. She tends to wear an eyepatch over her right eye, and her left is a dark blue. Her teeth are slightly pointed and two black, cattish ears perk up from her hair. She also has many piercings. She wears black-and-red clothing, commonly with stripes. Her nails are long and painted black as well.
Anti/Pro Civilians: She does not really mind civilians—well, unless they don't really mind her.
What animal?: Black cat (I know it's cliche but xD)
Personality: A glance at her attire and overall appearance would spell out 'dark' or 'hotheaded', but this is not true. Sylv is a hyper young adult, never failing to be rushing here and there—and usually failing and running late. She is almost constantly talking, as 'it helps her concentrate'. She, being a cat, is often jumpy as well and easily frightened, as well as she likes to be in high places.
History: Sylv was taken from her parents at a young age, and, raised as a human chimera with other human chimeras, had always thought that the animalistic mutations were common among people, only recognizing she was the rare one instead. This was when she escaped; cliche and at night, but it still worked.

If O.A, any preferred type of alchemy?: He isn't an alchemist.
Appearance: Jackson is a tall, well-built man with short black hair with natural brown and blonde streaks in it. His hair is usually well-kept rather than messy. His eyes are a bright, pure sky blue. He often wears black clothing, the back of his jackets marked with the symbol of the Black Serpents (see anti/pro-miltary field), a green snake curled around a sword. He constantly carries around a hidden knife and pistol.
Anti/Pro Military: He is anti-military, hating the military with a passion. He is a part of a little-known terrorist group, The Black Serpents, but is a high-ranking member in it. He is a known criminal, however, known for his quick ways of getting away and unusual ways of attacking.
Personality: At first glance Jackson may be described as 'insane'; he certainly acts that way. As one of the head assassins in the terrorist group, he makes money by killing or kidnapping, and seems to enjoy it quite well. He enjoys the thrill of the final moments, and the kill. He doesn't really care much for laws, feeling that they try to 'restrain' him. Despite these out-of-mind traits, he is well within his right mind, or so he says. He can think just as clearly as anyone else. He often hides emotions, other than emotions such as bloodlust.
Crush: He doesn't have time for a 'crush'.

If State Alchemist, Alias: Special "Poison" Alchemy
Appearance:Long white hair and light blue eyes, he is slightly taller than average and often wears all black. He normally carries a cane with a hidden sword inside and almost always has his eyes closed.
Personality: When you first meet him he is very secretive, cold and emotionless. but when you get to know him he is actually very timid, childlike and very kind. he hates having anyone mention his hair color,his scars and he hates people pitying him.
History (optional):He was the firstborn in a wealthy influential family. he was born very sickly and could never go outside and instead had to spend his days studying or reading. He never had any friends due to this, one day a new maid came and became his caretaker, he came to love this maid more than his own mother. Many months later their mansion caught on fire and she was killed and Alexander sustained major burns on his back. After that he stopped talking and never left his room. He found a alchemy book somewhere in his bookshelves and learned about the taboo..Human transmutation. He started studying nonstop in the ways of alchemy and after 3 years passed he finally tried it. Obviously it failed and he lost his vision as a consequence. Now redetermined to be useful he became a state alchemist and started traveling with Lilly ((See below))

Other: His back is covered in burn scars and he is blind so his eyes are clouded. His sickliness mentioned earlier has gotten better over time but it still occasionally affects him. Is usually led around by Lilly and doesn't react well to strangers helping him.
