[All accepted :3 I believe it's a wonderful time to start, no? To start off, we have all our people gathered in the Orientation room where they learn the rules and blah blah blah.]
Demetri Hudson Diego McDonald
Steely blue eyes holding a smirk, the young teen listened to his mother weep. She didn't really care. The sadness she projected was really just disappointment, the tears simply for show. He knew it, but it didn't bother him. He and his mother had never gotten along well. He glanced over to the brown-haired boy by his side, unspoken words going between them. He and his best friend had gotten into this together. Many people joked about how a friend would bail you out of jail but your best friend would be in there with you - Well, this was the reality of that. And the two fourteen-year-old boys were more amused than anything.
Alexander Oliver McCormick
He was the reason they were here. But did he blame him? Hell no! Alex had gone along with it fine. In fact, he felt a smirk touching his lips as his parents stood behind him, his mother sobbing on his silent father's shoulder. They were bad kids, he and Demetri. What they had done was Demetri's idea, his disorder playing major factor. But had he refused to join in? Not at all. He had no regrets about being here, about what they had done. It was the most exciting, daring, fun thing they had done together, and when they got out of here, it'd make a great story. He turned to the bubblegum-pink-haired girl standing beside him, and nudged her with a grin.
Katt Elizabeth Ricardo
Katt scowled at the nudge. Why did he have to be so irritating? She pushed his arm away, glaring at him. "Hands to yourself." she growled simply, crossing her arms and glancing to the blonde at her side. Her best friend, Alice. She rolled her eyes sympathetically. All Alex ever did was seek to piss her off, and he succeeded every time. Then she'd get back at him, and they'd get into an argument, and then a fight, which sometimes even turned violent in which their friends had to pull them away from each other. They didn't get along well at all, and it was all his fault for being so irritating that she couldn't stand him. Even now, in this place, in this setting.
Alice Shiza May McDonald
Alice glanced at her brother with a make-him-stop-that look. She and Demetri were always in charge of ending the fights that went on between Katt and Alex. For some reason, the two had hated each other since they first met. A day after they met - she and Katt would've been eleven at the time, the boys twelve - they got into a fight in which Alex pushed Katt off of the swing she was on, and she retorted by jumping up and punching him square in the face. He was tough and, since he was Alex, the big macho guy, it didn't hurt at all. If it did, you could never tell. He just smirked, gave her a cocky piece of advice - that she would be a lot more effective if she thought "through the object" while punching - and strode away, leaving her fuming and Alice trying to calm her down.
