On Monday, November 22, 2010 ten missiles strike Japan. However, this unprecedented terrorist act, later to be called as "Careless Monday," does not result in any apparent victims, and is soon forgotten by almost everyone.

There are people called Seleção. These people have special phones given to them by Mr. Outside.
The twelve chosen by Mr. Outside to save Japan. They all possess cell phones charged with 10 billion yen with which to do anything, no questions asked. Tasks performed by these cell phones are carried out by an artificial intelligence known as Juiz. There are twelve Selecao in total.
The Supporter.
He is a man of great mystery. You can try and guess who he is, but even if you were to realize it... You'd die.
Juiz.
Juiz is the woman on the phone. May she like you, or hate you, mainly depends on your attitude towards her and others. A mysterious female voice who is connected to the twelve Seleção. She gives them information and provides for their requests to be answered, from bribing authorities to assassination orders. Her name comes from the Portuguese word for "Judge". It should be noted that the cellphones used to contact Juiz have a sword and a scales, which are symbols (normally used in courts) for justice and law. When a Seleção is removed from the game, their trailer is scrapped, or alternately, a Seleção is removed if their trailer is destroyed. Judging by the differing reactions of the various Juizes, the AIs appear to be independent entities, but initialized from the same generative code base.

Masaki can change emotions and personalities in a mear second.
Masa is a quiet, shy, and strong girl. She's independent and very brave. However, she often shys away from people and is always hyper, and is very rarely in a bad mood. She is said to be bipolar. Most people don't think so though because her lack of a depressed attitude would suggest otherwise. She is clearly very hyper and many other traits such as easily distracted and random comments could tie into it. It is possible that she is just very random, excitable, and maybe a little insecure, which sometimes comes in handy. She also seems to have a good sense of humor. Though she often thinks you mean something offensive till you clarify it with her. Her catchphrase is "What's that supposed to mean!?" because she gets offended easily.
Masaki is an extremely quirky girl with a serene disposition and many eccentric beliefs and qualities. She is a complete nonconformist; she lacked self-consciousness and wasn't afraid to show who she truly was. She is also highly intelligent and unusually perceptive. Many find her bizarre. Her demeanour and voice were often distant and dreamy — though when someone insults her friends, the characteristic dreaminess temporarily vanished from her voice — and she would drift away from a conversation she did not find interesting. She had an uncanny way of making others uncomfortable by being bluntly honest. She is often the subject of ridicule and has difficulty making friends.
