One ghost haunting her old Victorian house in England. Two guys move in as roommates, figuring life will be easier living with a friend. One ghost hunter trying to get the ghost.

She is slim and fairly average height. She wears her favourite dress from when she was alive, it is floorlength, White and rather frilly with a corset and elaborate heeled shoes.

History: Xaria led a normal, if suppressed life until she died at the age of seventeen when she was travelling to meet her prospective suitor. Her parents didn't find out until about five days afterwards.

History: Pretty much a normal life. After he graduated from school he realized he should learn how to live without his parents and so he moved into this house, bringing his friend along with him.
Current Occupation: Studying architecture at a small town University near the house. Plays guitar and sings at a pub as a job at the moment.
Anything Else: He has spent his entire life for making fun of others for believing in things that don't exist.

Description: Reddish brown hair and grey eyes. Slightly pale skin and always wears white shirts to try and make herself look innocent, but underneath those shirts are hidden weapons.

History: She was brought up by a mother who believed in ghosts. Her father always made fun of her mother, but when they witnessed what appeared to be a ghost suck the life out of her mother, things changed. After that, her father brought her up to hate ghosts and seek revenge on them and formed a group of believers who called themselves "The Ghosthunters". She has seen her father destroy the "lives" of many ghosts, though she herself has never done so. After her father was killed on one of his missions, she decided to take over and now lives in a small house by herself, searching for any signs of ghosts.
Current Occupation: Secretly a Ghost Hunter but she delivers mail for the local post office.
Anything Else: She went to an academy to learn everything she knows and to become the most dangerous person in England to ghosts and humans alike. If any humans stand in her way of the ghosts, she will kill them.

Xaria sighed as she knelt in the attic. It was the only place that had remained unchanged after her death. She pushed herself onto her feet, looking through all the old belongings, a soft nostalgic smile on her face. Her heels clicked eerily on the floor as she dropped through the floor, stopping on the floor below. She looked around the room, frowning in confusion at the sight of a contraption in the corner of the room. She shrugged, sighing as she remembered what it used to look like when she was alive.

Alex got out of his car outside the house. He looked up as he called Simon on his mobile to find out where he was. He didn't have the key, Simon did so he couldn't get in until he got here. A movement in the window caught his eye bit he shrugged the feeling off. It's probably nothing... He thought and sighed as he waited for an answer.

By the way, I changed it so that Simon is studying architecture instead.))

Simon's fingers twiddled on the steering wheel of his car as he drove through the old section of town. His eyes were trained on the road, but he watched out of the corn of his eye as little shops and boutiques passed by, still fighting against modern technology. He smiled as he studied the contours of the age old architecture littered about. Something brought him out of his reverie and it took a few moments of concentration for him to realize that his right jean pocket was emitting music. His mobile was ringing.
In one swift and fluid movement, Simon pulled over next to a park on his left. His father had almost got in an accident once for talking on a phone while driving and he wasn't about to risk his own life for anybody. Quickly, Simon pulled his phone out of his pocket and pressed the "Talk" button. "Simon here, what do you want Alex," he voiced into the phone, not unfriendly. He could guess why Alex was calling, but he would wait for him to say it anyway. As he waited for an answer, Simon glanced to his left and watched some kids playing. Running. To their mothers or after their friends. His gaze became almost wishful as he remembered a time when life was uncomplicated.

Jane pedaled faster on her new revolutionary bike as she went on her paper route. She couldn't believe she had to deliver newspapers as part of her job as well now. She sighed, thinking of her car back at home which she could have taken instead to beat this almost unbearable heat. But mail girls don't generally own sports cars and it might arouse suspicion. Delivering the post to every home she could was a great undercover way to try and detect ghosts in hiding. After all, the best place a ghost could haunt is a house. Perfect living conditions.
The slender girl stopped next to the first house on her route. She checked her over-the-shoulder bag to see that everything that should be in there was in there. Of course, for most delivery girls, there would be mail. For Jane, underneath the mail was a new type of infrared scanner that detected lack of heat as opposed to heat, perfect for finding ghosts. As well, nestled next to the scanner was her lipstick. But unlike the lipstick found in the purses of most females, this lipstick had interesting features. Only about a dozen people in the world knew that it was also a laser pointer. Half of them knew it was also a laser gun. And only two people in the world knew that it was specifically designed for killing ghosts. One of which was dead, and the other was the deceased man's daughter, sitting on a bicycle.

Alex leaned against his car. "How long are you going to be?" He asked into the phone. He was already irritated by the fact that he was stranded outside waiting. He tapped his foot impatiently, already wanting to walk into the house and to check out his new home. He sighed slightly. "It better not be too long because my iPod is about to die and you are so dead if it dies before you get here." He threatened, knowin he knew that it was a all a joke. He hung up the phone without a goodbye, plugging himself into his iPod touch and turn on the music loud. He looked around the neighbourhood, seducing that it was rather nice, if dull and uneventful. There was about five percent of his battery left, meaning there would be another ten munites of entertainment before it turned off. Simon was on a time limit.

Simon chuckled as he listened to his friend. He was always a riot when he was bored, or irritated. Or maybe Alex was just always extremely funny. He threw his phone onto the the passenger seat slammed on the acceleration, feeling the wind rustle his hair as it always did when his convertible's top was down. He turned a corner and almost drove over some mail women, or whatever they call them these days. He swerved quickly and was already yards away when he yelled over his shoulder "Sorry, miss!"
Two minutes and 42 seconds later, Simon was pulling into a spot behind Alex's car. "Maybe we should get you your own key," he mused as he got out of the car and closed the door with an audible thud. "Then you wouldn't always be bugging me," he said smiling, walking up the long walkway to the house. "I almost ran over some girl on a bike in my hurry," he continued, trying to make Alex feel a little guilty about his rush. He shoved the key into the lock and turned.

Jane had started riding again when some idiot in an old-fashioned car came cavorting through the street like he had never learned to drive before. She grumbled and thought about doing a rude gesture in his direction but he was already out of sight by the time she had picked up her fallen bag. She checked once more to make sure everything was safe, took a swig from a water bottle and began pedaling once more. She came to the second house that actually still received mail and stepped off her bike. Her bag was already feeling lighter from the newspapers she had chucked at passing houses.

Xaria's eyes widened as she heard the sound of a key in the lock. She picked up her skirts, rushing through the walls and into the stairwell that led up into the attic. She rushed upstairs, forgetting she could turn invisible and not wanting to be seen. Mortals always seemed to react badly to ghosts, no matter how friendly she tried to act. She sighed, collapsing on the floor as the door downstairs flung open.

Alex chuckled, rolling his eyes. He shut off his iPod. "Maybe you should pay better attention." He said, pushing himself up and retrieving the first of his boxes of belongings from his car. "Come on then, let's check this place out." He said, walking over to the front door and waited for the door to swing open. He shifted his weight, walking into the oldfashioned hallway and whistling slightly. "These people had some expensive taste..." He muttered, walking through the house after dumping the box in his arms on the floor in the hall. He looked into the kitchen, smirking as he realised it wouldn't be this clean for long with him and Simon living there.
