Seaside Heights is like a castle from a storybook. Hidden in the trees above a picturesque beach, Seaside Heights is not well known, so there are few people here. It was created as a type of orphanage, though few people here are orphans. Some of the teens come from troubled pasts, but some are average and come from good families. But they all have something in common. None of them are normal.
Some are hybrids. Some are vampires. Some have supernatural abilities. But not a single one of them are normal, everyday teenagers.

Rules
- Follow all of Tess's rules.
- I will only accept twenty people. 10 guys and 10 girls.
- Please keep a variety among the abnormalities. I don't want 50 vampires, and 2 hybrids.
- Romance and some violence is encouraged. {PG-13}
- No one-liners or chatspeak. At all.
- This is Semi-Literate to Literate, so I expect at least a paragraph per character, per post. Please use first or third person. (However, if using first, I would like for you to post in color, so that everyone knows what character is talking. Especially if you have multiple.)
- Post Supernatural in blue as a part of your form.
- I will NOT accept 'RP it out' as a personality. Ever.
- Pictures are preferred, but they must be real pictures. Not cartoon.
- No mind reading, or any power that could be considered as a form of godmodding(ex. seeing the future, controlling free will, etc.).

History: Piper's mother died when she was 8, just after she told Piper of her ability. Piper always had bitter feelings for her mother after that, being that she wasn't told earlier, nor taught how to harness her ability. She lived with her father after that, though he had a drinking problem, and she would often have to leave her house when he was home. He shipped her to Seaside Heights as soon as he heard about it. She has been through a lot, and it sometimes shows in how she acts.

Personality: Piper is generally an outgoing person. She lives for the moment, constantly taking risks and living life to the full. She is very secretive, and won't trust just anyone. She does not forgive easily, and is quick to anger. She may seem to be very cold-hearted at times, but inside she just wants someone to care for her. Not that anyone will every know this. She is often misunderstood and taken for a weak person and one who is easily won over, but she is harder than she appears and will fight back when necessary.
