As urban said, you can't talk to staff on the site.
There are fourms and im pretty sure you might be able to email them too, so Ill try the fourm's and see.

Thanks! I will post an AJ video about two jammers who play Chicken Smoothie who trade and at the end they get banned from Animal Jam and Chicken Smoothie. I'm not sure this is the right place to post this, But School Of Dragon off-site trades are also not allowed and I didn't think that was on the list.
