Lacuna - you may want to add that this effects all games made by Nintendo, not just limited to Pokemon. Anything made by Nintendo is banned for offsite trading.

As the answer I received was specifically from Pokémon I cannot say whether this affects all Nintendo games. I asked Nintendo and was told to ask the individual game websites/help centers as the actual Nintendo TOU does not cover off-site trading (based on their response to me). I would remind everyone that the best source for whether or not you are allowed to make trades is the official website/point of contact for whatever you're looking to trade, not CS. We can only find the same information you can.

Hmm, strange. I made a post on where this may be covered in the TOU/EULA on the last page although I am not an official lawyer (yet) so I dont know 100% if this is the information you'd be looking for.

As you may know, you go out and purchase a webkinz stuffed toy that comes with a code. You can then redeem that code online for the pet and other things on the game.

In their user agreement it states:

As the codes themselves are bought outside of the Service entirely, would trading our unused codes for CS pets be allowed? C:

Actually you can trade with FR, you just can't trade the physical account but anything on the account can be traded
