11. User Conduct

11.1 Global rules

From the TOS of Transformice. Any trading/selling/auctioning involving any Transformice items and such outside of Transformice is not allowed.

I asked a mod personally and they said it is fin as long as it is not a scam.

Although they could be wrong.

The problem with Sparky Cat's answer (or the moderator they asked) is that it is impossible to know whether or not it will be a scam from the start. I asked this question on Transformice's contact page around 2+ months ago for clarification on this, and so far there still hasn't been a response. However, as seen above in the quote, Transformice's TOS does state that off-site trading is not allowed.

This was recently changed. On August 17th 2015, when Kiwi posted (above), trading with Nintendo franchise games was still allowed. Off-site trades involving Pokemon, Animal Crossing, or other Nintendo franchise games are now not allowed, as it was found that Nintendo's End User Licence Terms addresses this.

Nope, you just can't trade accounts. You may trade dragons, etc. with other sites.
