Is is it just that ChickenSmoothie feels we shouldn't
Are we aloud to trade pets for AnimalJam items if we know then and trust them?
Or not at all even if you know them irl?
Offsite trades involving Animal Jam are not allowed on CS.
This post here explains why.
Thanks for telling me ^.^

Question: Aywas recently had this to post:
Aywas News wrote:Aywas staff has looked over the Nintendo EULA and we have discovered that we should not allow any cross-trading involving content from Nintendo franchise games. This includes, but is not limited to, Pokemon and Animal Crossing. As such, any cross-trading involving those sort of games is no longer allowed.
Should this be relevant to CS?

I couldn't find anything in their rules specifically regarding the sale of accounts. This was the most I could find:
FeralHeart rules wrote:Your Account, Your Responsibility
When you sign up to FeralHeart you get your very own account in which you alone are meant to use. We expect you to take care of your login information and keep it to yourself. We do not take responsibility if you lend out your account, or even network connection to someone that breaks the rules/broke the rules, resulting in you being banned, as well. The same thing goes to if you borrow other users accounts that you either found on the internet or got through contacts. This is because we are not able to monitor everything that goes on behind your computer, nor would we be able to keep repetitive rule breakers out if everyone got their ban removed. We also discourage users from creating tons of accounts for the game by themselves, for more than one reason. If the staff believes a user is in possession of too many accounts, some of them might be deleted without any warning.
You might want to ask a FeralHeart staff member.

Nope, not relevant to CS since CS is not related to Nintendo.

You miss the point. I've seen Pokemon offsite trades here.

^ Pokemon for CS
Aywas discontinued all Nintendo trades (including Pokemon) due to Nintendo's EULA.
Aywas staff has looked over the Nintendo EULA and we have discovered that we should not allow any cross-trading involving content from Nintendo franchise games. This includes, but is not limited to, Pokemon and Animal Crossing.
I ask if this pertains to CS because if it is a violation of the
Nintendo EULA (as per Aywas investigation), couldn't
CS get in trouble because of a violation of this EULA mentioned by having open
Pokemon for CS trades?

I have already brought this up with a moderator and it is being handled. c:
