Yes

from their TOS:

Felis allows users their to trade their Felis pets, items, and currency for any pets, items and currency on other sites, providing said site also allows reciprocal trading.

Foopets hasn't had any problems with this before. I've traded acccounts, pets, items, FD and FG from Foopets for CS or other site things and it was fine. And it's currently not in their TOS that you cannot do offsite trades....

From the Breeding Forum on Foopets:

It's from a sticky on Breeding rules:

"Offering pets/items from other websites (like CS,webkinz,etc) is NOT allowed."

And I was told by an Fa that offsite trading is not allowed. So I would say that you are risking your account by doing so.

Also taken directly from their Rules of Conduct:

"There is to be no offsite trading. This means that members are not allowed to trade/buy/ or sell any items, pets, fgs or fds from any other site other than Foopets."

What if I put up a thread on here for a chance to win a free dragon egg from DragCave, by PMing me their username and I randomly choose from the usernames given? I have an extra egg that I thought would be fun to give away, but now I see this...does it count? >_>

Only if they give you pets for the egg.
Giving eggs out for free is allowed. :3
But trading eggs or hatchlings for pets isn't.
