Tygras allows off site trading. There's a whole sub section of the forum for it o.O

Last time I checked (a while ago though) they didn't allow to trade items and tygras, just the currencies.

I think foopets allows off-site trading. But I doubt they would allow you to trade/sell their graphics.

They're graphics that I make though, and sell on foopets for their currency. The only relation to foopets are the dogs and cats in my graphics. If not, would I be aloud to sell my foopets graphics on foopets for cs pets?

No, Babydow doesn't have off - site trading (I don't play any other than Howrse, but i'm positive that you can't do off - site trades on any of the Owlient websites.)

Any images, audio clips, video clips, files, data, etc., incorporated in or generated by the application or software are licensed to your for your personal, non-commercial home use pursuant to a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license.

On foopets, you can take pictures of your pets when you're playing with them. Then you can go on your pets profile to look at their photos. That's where I get the pictures to go on my graphics.
