Can someone help me find a book?

it's 1 am lol and i suddenly thought of this book i read forever ago, it was really really thick and it had some illustrated pages in an anime esque style i believe? it was like a sci fi / maybe dystopian? book and part of a series (maybe a trilogy?)

from what i remember it follows this girl who lives underground in a bunker with her robot mom (i think, maybe named Eve?). if i remember correctly one day the bunker gets attacked or something and the girl has to leave it and her mom. i think she finds herself in a huge forest. gah the details are so spotty but i now n e e d to find this book lol. any and all help is appreciated!!
