Zapi, there is a way for you to get the pokemon back as its data is still on the DS game but the pokemon's just listed as "out" so it doesn't show up. If you still have the instruction manual look for the part about "losing your pokewalker", it'll tell you how to do it. You will lose the watts, though.

have you gotten snorlax out of the way? if not get the pokeflute at the radio tower in lavender town, then wake up lv. 50 snorlax. go through the cave (near construction) and then use cut to get to pewter city.

When I was one that part I was looking for the Pokèflute as an item too, don't worry. XD I haven't played many Pokèmon guys, only SS, Yellow, and Ranger. In Yellow the Pokèflute was an item.
