Although friends of mine who are indie developers had criticized the "lack of substance" of the game [because the lot of us generally focus on making very deep, story driven games], I adore this game. One thing I really love about it is how immersive it can be - you are the protagonist, and you're just sitting there with limited means of defense [and an intense desire to keep your job, apparently, since you don't just quit in favor of not risking your life xD]. I also like that it has a sort of I, Robot vibe to it.
The funny thing is, I didn't find it terrifying because of the unexpected appearances of the characters outside of the doors, or anything it like that. It was the former security guards messages that really got to me - his musing on what they'd do if they caught the player, but especially the part where he said playing dead might result in them trying to stuff a metal endoskeleton into you and then nonchalantly saying 'I wonder how that would work?'. I was actually quite sad when he died; I missed his messages on those last nights.
I'm really looking forward to the sequel - I hope the developer comes up with some interesting new mechanics or something to keep the experience fresh and exciting.

Again, most people don't notice it when playing because when they see that, they go: ''Oh crap, I have to close that door!'' Instead of: ''Hey did anyone notice that Foxy is a pirate?''

My friend downloaded the demo for me [my computer couldn't handle it], but thats the most I've gotten.
I beat night one, but then I got bored.
I'm poor, but even if I got the money, I probably wouldn't play it unless I had no internet and everything else grew tiresome.
that's not to say I don't low that game though! It hit close to home, haha. great game.

*in a spoopy Freddy voice* It's meee!
Does Freddy even have a voice? The 'Bwahh' that happens when he kills you doesn't count, because Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, and Freddy say it.
people have been giving their shots at it on tumblr!
I have't actually listened to any because I'm often listening to other things, but I hear they're good.
