I have no idea about the quality, but from what I've heard about the super editions released around that time, I wouldn't hold my breath.

And yes. I hate that pairing. I hate it for a multitude of reasons, but I'm not so sure I should go into that right now. We're only on the first book, after all.

Also, Leafcrow is horrible, no doubt about it. Surprisingly, I've found the latest arc/Arc 5 enjoyable - the fresh cast of characters might have to do with it.

There are so many things wrong with that ship, I don't even know where to begin. I could start at the biggest issue, being that they're related. That's not to mention that it continues a very weird trend of male cats being older than the females in a relationship, usually being apprentices when the mollies are born and then becoming warriors when they're apprentices, which is just... ew.

And don't even get me started on the destruction of Ashfur's character, or the fact that the Hunters caused an entire fanbase to shriek and clamor for punishment on two cats who really had nothing to do with his derailment. But mostly, it was just in plain poor taste and completely unnecessary.

In all honesty it depends on if Vicky's working on the book or not. Despite being the editor, she seemed to make many errors slide through, as well as come up with the nonsense of Leafcrow and such.

Arc 5 is about the origins of the Clans, and basically it shows the early groups that were around in the forest before the Clans became, well, the Clans. It's far more interesting than OOTS or PO3 because of that, and the fact that there's no cats with powers, forbidden romance, etc. Then again, this just just my opinion, heh. ;;

I'm heavily disinclined to read that series, even though the origin of Clan life would be amazing to read about. I can guarantee you that the fifth arc will be completely contradictory to the original mythos.

And he got to heaven, remember. Because he believed that he was doing the right thing. I'M SURE LITERALLY EVERY CAT BELIEVES THEY'RE DOING THE RIGHT THING. WHY ISN'T STARCLAN PACKED WITH -HEARTS WHO MURDERED APPRENTICES?!

Hollyleaf is an excellent character, and of course, she goes to waste as well. It's such a shame. She had so much potential.

Anyway, I totally agree with how Hollyleaf has been a very interesting character before she broke down. She should totally be a -heart cat, I always liked her for placing so much faith in the warrior code.

Ashfur, you literally ruined the lives of your ex-girlfriend's family because she...friend-zoned you? That's about right.

I can't wait until we get onto the New Prophecy pairings. I literally don't understand LeafXCrow, I mean, did they even interact before they said they love each other? I don't think so. Crow just saved a medicine cat, and suddenly, they're mates. Ugh.

Oh, I'm also looking forward to a rant about zombie Tigerstar. Like, seriously. Zombie Tigerstar.
