Answer is LOTR... But who got shot by an arrow? Are they referring to the deleted scene in the book where Legolas gets shot in Moria?

The Runes of Beleriand are very similar to these; only the fifth one in the first row that looks like an arrow pointing upwards, that is not n, it is r. ^-^ the h is like >, and the c is like <. N looks like a pitchfork, sort of. If I ever upload my handwritten, real runes I'll show you guys.
Just a note, these are NOT the runes of Beleriand. (the runes in pic above). The runes of Beleriand, at least the ones I use, were deprived and revised by the Noldorin around the First/Second-ish age.
