What "crime"/"law" series/movies do you like?

I love love loooove Dexter. It's about a serial killer who only kills bad guys who's also a part of the police force; helping solve murders or just taking care of the murderer.... It's such an awesome show and the whole thing is on Netflix. (be warned though-- it's pretty explicit with gore/language/sex.)

I started watching Scorpion about a week ago.I am not sure if I love it or just do not mind it...

I watch so many crimeseries I don't even know if I remember them all! : D I watch NCIS, Bones, BBC Sherlock, Hawaii 5-O, Mentalist, C.S.I, The Following, Person of Interest and Elementary (:
At the moment Person of Interest is the best but it changes time to time.

I like Reno 911. It's funny. I also like True Detective and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Are we including reality shows? If so, I like to watch COPS on occasion. So many memorable moments and dumb criminals on that show.

I personally don't like many crime movies/tv shows (mostly too gory for me to see). I don't mind reading gory scenes (unless its super gross like Stephen King :p), however I do have a serious soft spot for the In Death series by JD Robb. I only recommend this series for adults though - lots of sex and violence. However the crimes are intricate, and the way they are solved is good. I love the relationship between the main character (Eve Dallas) and her love interest (Roarke). It's a great read, however there's 40 books to catch up on :p
