Yes, he did. Kevin Miller TURNED DOWN the chance to play Sly Cooper in the movie. Heart breaking, I know, but it is what it is.

It's not that, it's partially because he wasn't approached for the role firsthand. And then when he was, he politely declined for unknown reasons. Maybe because it didn't fit in with his schedule. But I KNOW that one of the reasons why they didn't ask him in the first place was because Sony thought that the Sly movie would be better with an "A-list" actor.
