I think the purple hat and bow tie might be referring to shadow Freddy (which I belive is the purple Freddy suit which purple guy used to kill the children)
And if you look really close, you will see a reflection of some teeth beside them...

I thought the purple Freddy was like a hallucination.I mean I never heard of a Purple Freddy being a suit anywhere.

I always though it to be Springtrap, because it would still be in the back room, and they did say that it was a golden suit, but never mentioned the appearance, idk, its just me :T

The only reason that wouldnt work for me would be that springtrap was at the new location way waayyy after the killings,though im assuming springtrap did kill purple guy.
