Poor you. xD
Now that the fourth game is coming out, I won't stop talking about it either. But not in a happy way.
I'm generally just ranting to my friend's about how four games is too much and it should've stopped at three, and how the third game was a boring jumpscare-fest full of wasted potential. So every single time someone mentions it, I'm like "Oh, I love FNAF! But...*insert 30-minute long rant about the third game, the fourth game, and how annoying I find Foxy*"

I'm not super happy about it, because I feel like a movie kind of ruins what made the games famous: a mysterious backstory that just when everyone thinks they figured it out, it turns out we were totally wrong. If they explain that all in the movie, there's no mystery left to explore. People like Smike who make theories about FNAF on Youtube aren't going to have anything left to do.
Another reason is, because of the lack of blood in FNAF, they're either going to throw in some random blood on the animatronics or something (a horrible cliché that horror movies often have,) or it'll just be one big jumpscare-fest.
Honestly, I think the movie can only go two or three ways here:
1) It'll focused on the backstory, which will spoil a lot of stuff.
2) It'll just be a jumpscare-fest.
3) It will be stuffed with tons of clichés, such as unneeded blood, AND it'll be a jumpscare fest.
And if they end up going on the route of throwing unneeded blood around, that'll make the movie harder for me personally to watch, since I'm relatively gore sensitive tbh.

I agree. I think the movie will definitely be worse than the games, as the company will try too hard to top the games and the movie will end up being either massively lame or too scary and gory for a lot of the players of the games.

I think the movie could easily be great!
Why are you guys so sure it'll have cliches? I find it easier to believe they're going to at least try to avoid cliches, since they did in the games mostly.
Heck, the games hardly ever showed blood or gore, what makes you so certain the movie will?
If the movie sticks to the imaginative and original flow of the games, it could be fantastic!

I agree.I also have a reason why they do.If they do have robots that are complex enough to fake everything I guess that is not a possibility. They are going to have to animate the animatronics instead. If the company who is making the movie was rich enough to get the complex kind of robots then that would make up for it.Another reason is that they will probably be a lot of cliches, uneeded blood and a jumpscare fest. And I feel like mysteries are the most fun of all FNAF.
