The cat is fake; a fan-made creation.
The FNAF 3 game currently 'out' is illegal as the creator of that 'fanmade' game didn't ask permission from scott and stole the Cat OC from someone. The game was later shut down as the cat creator was messaged multiple times and realized his design was stolen.

The only teaser out is a picture on his website. The previous teaser was a picture simply saying 'OFFLINE'.
