Hmmmm...... So she's beaten Maylene and Wake? If I remember correctly, you have to follow a Galactic Grunt to the local lake just after Beating Wake in Pastoria. He's standing near the entrance to the Safari Game. You do something with them. Then you meet up with Cynthia who asks you to take something to her grandma in Celestic Town. Once you do, you'll see Cyrus and a cave. Then the grandma will give you Surf after beating a grunt again. Or is it Fly... One of the two. Then you can go battle Fantina because she'll say you need to beat her before you can use it outside of battle.

I do, but my dad says the battery wont last as long if you play as you charge. So.

He's right. My sister lost her charger, so she had to use my car charger. It was annoying, so I got her a regular charger for her birthday.

I love all pokemon games! I wish i got pearl,but i got Diamond. I finished the game already. I think its the same as pearl. If it is, then i might as well help ^^

Yeah. It is pretty much the same except for a few pokemon exclusive to either game.
