Same here! :'D Unfortunately, it's too expensive and my dad just confirmed that he cannot be getting it for me any time soon. Oh well. I only see my dad every other weekend anyways. -_- It's the fact that my mom obviously can't get it that bothers me.

Although, my brother who is a huge movie collector might get it!... Unless he has his priorities straight.

Wish I could, but my mum so openly refuses to get it because she doesn't want to watch it and then wait a whole year to see the next one. She tells me that every time, and I always respond with, "Then just read the book if you want to know what happens!" But noooo, apparently reading is too mainstream for my mother.

I'll probably just ask my dad for it though.

I saw a commercial for it days ago and I squealed and got really excited, and my dad was sitting beside me looked at me and saw the commercial and told my mom "Well somebody wants The Hobbit!" but my mom didn't respond. Eh, it'll probably be too expensive anyways, so i'll ask for it for my birthday when the price would have (hopefully) went down.
