It got crappy and now you don't really hear about it anymore. It's actually a great game once you get used to it, i used to hate it and now i have it on my PS4.

I don't think there's any specific games I hate, but the type of games I hate in general are any type of first person games and any games that are similar to Terraria in style, I dunno what that type of game would even be called.

Fortnite is just, yikes, It's alright for the graphics, but it's just all about money, Skins don't make you better, It just proves that you have money to waste on some digital outfits. Games with lovable characters, or good stories, are worth more than 9 year olds screaming on the microphone and skins that "make you automatically better"

ye no.. I agree it is just, so many people ruined it, for me and my friends and any one that is interested in the future. It is just, so sad. I hope it doesn´t happen to Deltarune now, that would just plain succ

Yeah, Deltarune has so much potential I don't want to see it go the same direction

I haven't played Deltarune yet, but I'm not really interested in that atm. I've been obsessed with rdr2 and other games for the time being. I plan on it eventually, but it just doesn't appeal to me. One day though...

Another game I dislike is roblox. I never had any interest in playing it, but my friend really wanted me to try it out. So, I did. I don't like it. To me it's just a time-killer now and while there are so many games to play, I just don't like it. I don't care if a game has bad graphics, as long as everything else is good but Roblox just doesn't appeal to me at all, yet I can see why people like (and are addicted) to it at the same time.

Ugh, agreed. Legit one time my friend was playing Crapnite on my PS4 (i want to delete it, but i keep it for my friends) and one guy left his team because he had no skin. Like, really? I don't wanna spend money on a game i hate. So? What's so wrong about that? Legit i would rather give EA 40 dollars just for animals in the Sims.
That's a thing by the way, the Sims 4 Cats and Dogs costs 40 dollars and that's not even for the DLC and game, that's just for the DLC.

There was a study from a PS User who went around trying to figure out why people liked Fortnite so much, despite it not being original, and just in general in comparison to other games. He asked why people liked it, what they liked most, and why they chose it over others, along with Other questions, but most responses he got were that most people play it because it's free, and seemingly a lot of others play it too. Another big reason people said was because friends of there's didn't have money for a subscription or other games, and it was one of few games they could still play together.
When asked what people liked most about it, (not surprising to me) the responses weren't even about the game. People liked that they could just play with friends.
When asked why they spent money on it, well, it was the whole "appearance is a status" thing.
Other responses to his questions varied from not being good at other games, it was one of few games allowed by the parents, it's the trend, some users said it was to gain friends, they didn't have the money for the games they actually wanted, they wanted to get more views on their youtube, and of course the typical, "I only play it so I can troll all the kids in there" response.

Very interesting.
And I think it helps show the real reasons why Fortnite is popular. But even so being popular doesn't make it a great game..

me and my sisters boyfriend share an account on fortnite, and he buys a bunch of skins with his own money..
i dont believe they make you "cooler", it just gives oyu more to choose form, and everyone had their own style! like my favorite skin is this:



and not ALL fortnite players are 9, teens like me and my best friends play it all the time.

Yes, It might be fun, but its all about money for Epic Games, Battle passes, skins, gliders, back blings, emotes, all cost money, and the game mode Save the world cost money, that just seems like Epic is really desperate for money. (No shade, but, w h y)
