Boy In The Girls Bathroom! Gosh WORST book on the planet! I had to read it in 5th grade! It was one of those books were it was sopposed to be realistic but nothing in the book happenends in real life! It was about a boy who talks to his stuffed animals and then becomes poplar because of he counslar and some new kid.

Have you noticed that almost all the books in here are books that is requried by schools? THe schools should get better books!

Twilight saga, Percy Jackson and The Olympians, Fruit Basket, The Diary of a Wimpy kid, and I could go on all night with a list, but I wont. My dad said "Well how do you know you don't like them till you've read them?" So I read them.

Last year, we had to read The Hound Of The Baskervilles, and it was so ambiguously written that I literally understood less than half of it. Second place is Haymeadow, Third, The House Of The Seven Gables (another I couldn't understand, but I, in fact, read this one voluntarily.)

Worst book? Hmm, probably a tie between "Crossing Jordan" and "Marley and Me". I hated the movie too xD

To Kill a Mockingbird, Roll of Thunder Hear my Cry, and pretty much any historical fiction book. The twilight series is slowly working its way up the 'awful' list. I really, really LOATHE weak female characters. I seem to love classics though, Wuthering Heights, Dracula and (so far) Frankenstein are all really good :)

Lol I love that book! Not so fond of "Twilight" but thats almost a generic responce. To Kill a Mockingbird and Tale of Two Cities are really the only classics I enjoy, besides for Shakespeare. Expect Romeo and Juliet is pretty awful... Shakespeare should be ashamed.

Having a bachelors degree in literature, it makes me really sad to see people listing really classic, important, well written books as "the worst book ever" Just because you might not enjoy it doesn't make it a horrible book... my heart, it hurts!

It's not my favorite Shakespeare work, that's for sure... but I think a lot if the problem with it is that it's so overdone. But it wasn't you I was referring to... I dunno when people think that like, the warrior books are OMGTHEBESTBOOKSEVER but something that is a classic and is completely groundbreaking and amazing and important is the worst book in the world, it just makes me a bit sad.

It's okay, classic awesome books that people think are boring. Kari will love you all! *hoards literature!*
