How do I make Blinkies?

Do you mean blinking/flashing pictures? As in avatars and banners?

Yeah. I only JUST Figured it out when I tried to save a Layered gif on GIMP ^^ *Is Happy*

If you mean flashing blinkies... why would you want to create something that blinks/flashes?? Those are so darn irritating, and dangerous to peoples' health too (can give people headaches, even seizures depending on the person).

If you mean making an animation of a pet blinking then you need software that supports the creation of animated gifs, and to make each frame of the animation. I don't know much at all about GIMP so I can't help you there.

I already figured out how to make them, A few trial-and-errors... I made a super fast blinkie and a super slow blinkie, but this was my best;

Ooooh you mean an animation then, not a blinkie. Blinkies are super fast animations that look terrible. What you have made is a good speed and quite nice. Grats on working it out!
