Would this be considered stealing from CS?

I am making a forum for my in-progress Warriors adoptable's site. ((Link to the Forum))

As you can see, I used the idea of an Announcements board, an Introductions board and a Forum Games board. Am I stealing/doing something against the rules?

Really, check this site out. The graphics are so epic and there are a lot of pets!

Lol, I thought this when I made my forum. I was using CS as a guide and hey presto it worked!
