Hi gaiz... I'm sorry to announce this
but handling Pet Dogz is not that
interesting for me anymore ^^''
I was never a big fan of pixelling in
the first place, and handling 'changing'
'virtual' dogs is too much ^^ as I have a
busy life and I just don't have the time
to meet everyone's needs ^^''
Therefore Pet Dogz will be closing.
It's sad, as V2 was brought to life because
many didn't want to see PD gone in the first
place. I thought I could bring it back to life
but I failed :( I'm sorry guys...
But don't worry, you can still keep your dogz
and kennels.
I won't be deleting them ever! :'3 and if you
still want to see more of my adoptables/art
I'm handling an easier adoptable thread right now
that takes less time for me to handle
and moderate and is one that is something
I enjoy :'3

Here at Pet Dogz we have several guardians scouting along the
territories of the center to make sure everything is under control.
Remember to give your full respect to them when you see them!

- Lira is the Taiyo's pet dog and is like the second boss of the
kennels. She prowls around to keep rule breakers in check, she's kind, fun
and mischievious, but when there're rule breakers, her teeth will bear a
permenant mark on the unfortunate victim, so FOLLOW THE RULES!
- Shy and evasive with curiosity to explore everywhere Sharubii the
little mouse is our little kennel mod. Running left and right, sneaky and
well hidden, better be careful, for she keeps a watchful eye everywhere!
- The hiss and howls you hear at night?
That's i8chichi all right! The midnight cat that prowls along the edge of
the borders. She keeps her eye out for any unwanted visitors and chase
them out with a few souvenirs they won't be in a hurry to forget~

There are certain rules to follow in Pet Dogz, so please read through them before proceeding to the adoption stables. The consequences of breaking the rules are yours to bear only, excuses will be ignored, because you're the one who made the choice not to read through them. The owner and the mods are just doing their jobs, please understand this.

• Be Polite; learn to respect and you'll be respected too
• Respect the art; do not steal for it's a crime, try to refrain from removing the link backs too
• Respect the 'guards'; the mods are here to help me keep things in check, being disrespectful to them is the same as being disrespectful to me, and that'll earn you a permanent spot on the black list immediately
• Open and Closing; I will be the one who decides when the kennel is open, when it's closed, not you, not any body
• No Spamming; Spamming is not tolerated here, comments are ok, but no double posting, EDIT your previous post
• Do Not Rush Me; I don't work well under pressure, rushing me would not make a difference
• No Mini-Mod; I've got mods stationed around the thread, I don't need anymore help unless requested
• FAQs; got a question? Check the FAQs before asking!
• No chat speak; u dun spk lik dis in RL so dun do it here

• Adopting Dogs; adopting is first come first serve, if you adopted from a litter, you can't adopt from the next litter, you must wait for the litter after that before you can adopt again
• Litter Limit; you can only adopt 1 dog from each litter
• Forms are Necessary; fill in a proper adoption form before adopting a dog to prove that you're a suitable owner
• Meet the Payment Price; adopting a dog costs too, please check the payment for the dog
• No Pay No Dog; do not ask for the dog if you don't have the sufficient bones for it
• Cry Babies are Forbidden; I welcome no cry babies, if someone got to the dog before you, don't nag or whine or complain. There'll be more.
• Stealing; is just childish, if the dog does not belong to you, then don't touch it
• Accepting forms; I will be the one to accept the forms not you, I have the right to reject your forms

For people who decides not to read or play by the rules, they'll have the meet the consequences. No one's to blame for this result except yourself.
• 1st penalty a warning
• 2nd penalty a serious warning and purchasing/participating in thread events will be forbidden for a certain amount of time
• 3rd penalty black listed
the length of staying on a black list varies depending on which rule you broke. If there are more than 5 people on the black list, Pet Dogz will be closed down for a month, so try not to do that by READING THE RULES!

Here in Pet Dogz to purchase things you must convert your CS pets into bones~ The rate will change when necessary so keep an eye out!
To exchange CS pets into bone currency you'll have to FILL IN A FORM and wait for me to accept it before sending me the pets. Please watch for when the Currency Exchange is open and when it's closed!

Ready to adopt a pet dog? Ah, but I must warn you, until you've purchased the a dog box for your adopted dogs to live in, the adopted dogs will temporarily live at the kennels. Until a space have been purchased for them, the dog will be still yours but won't be living in your own box! Kennel dogs will be forever loyal to it's new owner, I'm sure you'll be very pleased with our dogs. Remember to run through the rules before adopting one!

Want to breed some pretty puppies? We've got special kennels just for the lovey dovey pair! We've got spa treatment and massages waiting for the lovely mates to relax in, while we wait eagerly for the results of their match! Sadly we only have limited amount of these wonderful breeding kennels, so only those that can pay the price can board their dogs at the Breeding Kennels.
Pay close attention to when the breeding kennels are open!

Each breeding pair will stay in the breeding kennels for at least 1 week, and can produce up to 4 puppies. The owner of the mother gets to choose from the litter first, the owner of the stud gets second choice. The rest of the puppies will be placed up for adoption.
There are special potions in the dog mart that you can purchase to guarantee a maximum litter of four puppies!

Pet Dogz is an adventure filled place and so from time to time special events can occur! A dog might get lost, a rescue mission or just a kennel wide contest or holiday celebrations! So keep checking the billboard!

Feeling the urge to show off your dog's skills? Can your dog outrun a truck? Join the agility trials and compete with two other dogs to prove your dog's the best! Earn medals and increase your charm and of course~ take the bone prize!

There are currently 0 Agility trials running. There aren't any open trials.


{ How it works }
IMPORTANT!

Once in a while Taiyo might decide to hold agility trials (she will announce it in the news) and the users that owns dogs can sign up their dogs for a race with others. (First come first serve) Each user is only allowed to enter in ONE agility trial at a time and only enter ONE dog.

There will be a deadline announced and that will be the day when the dogs starts 'racing'. So what do you do before the 'deadline' of the race? The time in between is what Taiyo'll name as the 'training period'. During the 'training period' you buy Speed Chows for your dogs to increase their speed and rate of winning the race!
Each type of speed chow increases your dog's speed by a bit and by the end of the deadline whoever's dog with the highest speed score will probably win the race! After each race, every dog's speed will be reset and start at 0 again. Taiyo will keep track of how high each dog's speed is during the 'training period' of the dogs.
The prizes on first, second, third place varies each time. It could be bone prize, item prize or even custom prizes! What's the benefit of earning medals? To show off of course! To prove that your dog is the fastest! Not only that! The more medals a kennel has it'll calculate to the speed of the dog! So that next time you select a dog to participate in a trial you won't need as much speed chow! Each gold medal increases speed by 1!

Own a kennel box? Awesome! Then you must want to see your doggies on action! Starting from V2 you'll have to PURCHASE events to make your boxes move! Please remember to check if we're open first!

There'll be an announcement a day prior to the opening of the Events shop so everyone can get ready. AFTER I post 'GO' then the users WITH A KENNEL BOX can start ordering events. Maximum of 5 people can order events at a time and it's first come first serve! A user can order a maximum of 10 events each time. Once the events are done and through (each change lasts for one week) users that bought events this time must wait for another two turns before they can purchase events again.
