ToS (Terms of Service)

How do I order? Please copy, paste, and fill in the form below. Post it under this thread and I will PM you regarding payment and/or extra details. You may send in a request while my shop is closed, just be aware of a potential long wait. I am not picky, but I do not operate on a "first come, first served" basis.

What is the payment process? Once payment is agreed upon, I will begin a first sketch. I will PM you to confirm that you are happy with the sketch, and will ask you to send over payment. When payment has been accepted into my account, the sale is final, and I will complete your comission.

Can I pay with pets? Absolutely! I will ask you for the equivalent of my C$ prices. This may take a bit of discussion, as I would still like a pet that is either aesthetically pleasing to me, or that is on my wishlist. I will generally not accept bulk pets, unless it is a hoard of mine. I have no doubt we will come to a happy medium!

How long does it take? A drawing should only take me 2-3 days, however I ask that you accept a maximum wait of 2 weeks. This is to make room for any other commitments I have made. I will let you know if the wait will be longer, and you may contact me at any time if you are concerned.

How will you send my new art to me? I will send it to you in PMs when I am finished!

What can I do with my new art? Your commission is for personal use only. Please do not reproduce or use it for business purposes. Additionally, I ask that you do not feed my art to AI, I am heavily against this. Otherwise, go nuts!

What if somebody cancels? You will recieve a full refund if I am unable to complete your commission. I cannot provide refunds cancelling customers. Once payment has been recieved, the sale is final.
